Acetato de Caspofungin (Cancidas®) in the Treatment of Fungal Infection
CandidiasisAspergillosisWe wanted to determine the efficacy and the safety of caspofungin acetate (CANCIDAS®) in the treatment of invader fungal infection (IFI) specifically, Invasive Candidiasis (CI) in adults patients without neutropenia and Invasive Aspergillosis (AI) in adults patients who are refractory to or intolerant of other therapies (i.e., amphotericin B, lipid formulations of amphotericin B, and/or itraconazole).
THYME AND CARVACROLL Nanoparticle Effect on Fungi
AspergillosisInvasive Aspergillosis (IA) has increasingly been recognized as an emerging disease of non-neutropenic patients and in patients admitted to the ICU, even in the absence of an apparent predisposing immune-deficiency, with incidence ranges from 0.3% to 5.8% with an overall mortality rate exceeding 80%.
Influence of a Combined Pharmacogenetic Score on Through Plasma Voriconazole Concentrations in Haematological...
Invasive AspergillosisHaematological Cancer Patients1 moreHypothesis: A pharmacogenetic score integrating both CYP3A genotypes could be influence initial trough voriconazole plasma concentrations and thus useful to adapt a priori voriconazole dosing in order to get adequate voriconazole exposure as possible after starting treatment. Main Objective: To determine predictive value of a combined pharmacogenetic score on onset of trough voriconazole plasma concentration inferior than lower therapeutic target.
Clinical Implications of Azole-Resistant Aspergillosis in Hematological Malignancy
Invasive AspergillosisIn order to determine the efficacy of antifungal therapy in patients with documented azole-resistant invasive Aspergillosis (IA), anonymized clinical information of patients with a hematological malignancy with a culture-positive invasive fungal infection caused by Aspergillus fumigatus are collected in an online registry. Respective fungal isolates are analysed for azole susceptibility and resistance mechanisms. Patients diagnosed with an IA in 2016 and later are included in the study.
Interest of ß 1-3 D Glucan Assays in Screening for the Onset of Invasive Aspergillosis in Neutropenic...
Invasive Fungal InfectionsIn the context of screening for infectious fungal diseases in patients with malignant haemopathy, and particularly patients with acute leukaemia, the investigator aims to evaluate the performance of an already commercialized but little used serum screening test (Fungitell® test) and to determine its place in the management strategy for invasive aspergillosis.
Value of Amphotericin B Inhalation for Prophylaxis of Invasive Pulmonary Aspergillosis After Renal...
Invasive Pulmonary AspergillosisThe purpose of this study is to determine whether inhalation with aerosolized amphoterin B 10mg/d is more effective than aerosolized amphoterin B 2mg/d to reduce the incidence of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
Influence of Drug-drug Interactions on the Pharmacokinetics (PK) of Voriconazole
Invasive AspergillosisTo evaluate the drug-drug interaction between rifampicin and voriconazole according to CYP2C19 genotype quantitatively following a single oral administration of 200 mg voriconazole
A Study To Assess The Anidulafungin And Voriconazole Concentration In Lung Following Intravenous...
AspergillosisCandidemiaThe purpose of this study is to provide anidulafungin and voriconazole to healthy subjects to determine the drug concentration in the lung.
Early Diagnosis of Aspergillosis in Patients at High Risk of Fungal Infection Caused by Treatment...
Graft Versus Host DiseaseInfection3 moreRATIONALE: Studying ways to diagnose fungal infections early may help doctors plan the best treatment. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying laboratory tests to see how well they find aspergillosis early in patients at high risk of fungal infection caused by treatment for hematologic cancer or other disease.
Lung MRI and Allergic Broncho-pulmonary Aspergillosis in Cystic Fibrosis
Pulmonary Cystic FibrosisABPAIn this diagnostic study, the aim is at evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to detect allergic broncho-pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with cystic fibrosis.
