Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) with aspirin and a P2Y12 inhibitor reduces thrombotic events in patients with coronary artery disease, but these benefits come at the expense of increased risk of bleeding when compared with aspirin monotherapy. Increased evidence showed that P2Y12 inhibitor monotherapy still maintain antiischemic efficacy while reducing the bleeding risk compared with DAPT. Therefore, the investigators performed this study to observe the efficacy of ticagrelor in comparison to clopidogrel in Chinese patients with stable CAD.

The PM-Heart algorithm (PMHeartIHD) is an in-house developed software that predict the survival prognosis for the individual patient hospitalized with ischemic heart disease (IHD) after a coronary arteriography has been performed. The software is intended to be used as a clinical decision support system i.e. the calculated survival prognosis is expected to enhance the quality of the treating physician's therapeutic considerations concerning (minor) adjustments to the patients treatment and follow-up - all within the framework of the current medical guidelines. Thus, the algorithm does not "show the physician specifically what to do", but rather ensures a better knowledgebase for the overall interpretation and choice of management of the patient.

Although coronary artery disease may have a stable chronic clinical course, it is known that this reality does not apply to atherosclerotic plaques, they can grow, complicate, stabilize and again start new cycles of growth/destabilization/stabilization or quiescence in the presence or absence of symptoms. While in obstructive coronary lesions there are well-founded guidelines based on multiple clinical studies, in relation to investigation and treatment; on the other hand, in non-obstructive lesions, there are no such guidelines. There are gaps in the knowledge about the prognostic implications of minor injuries and the occurrence of events. This study seeks precisely to fill these knowledge gaps. Of particular relevance are the large number of patients (approximately 10,000 patients) and the long clinical follow-up, that is, in five years.

This is a single-center, double-blind, randomized controlled clinical trial comparing four groups: placebo conventional coronary artery bypass graft (CCABG) group, dexamethasone CCABG group, placebo off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) group, and dexamethasone OPCAB group. The primary outcomes of this study is comprised of presence of arrhythmia, major adverse cardiac events (MACE), myocardial infarction, stroke, renal failure, respiratory failure, inflammation, and death. These primary outcomes were assessed during the surgery, 18 hours post surgery, every day during the hospital stay, 14 days and 30 days post surgery.

This is a single-center, double-blind, randomized controlled trial (RCT) comparing two groups of application of topical dose of tranexamic acid (TxA) versus placebo in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), off pump coronary bypass graft cardiac surgery (OPCAB), and adult heart valve surgery. The primary outcomes of this study comprised of two parameters; post operative bleeding and blood product transfusion. The primary outcomes were assessed during the operation, until 48-hour post operative.

The goal of this observational study is to collect safety and performance information in the setting of a large-scale clinical registry. Patients meeting the selection criteria will be included, in chronological order of their implantation. This registry does not require any additional procedures, follow-up interventions, or ionizing radiation for patients. The inclusion period is planned to last 2 years, starting in Q1 2023. The study will be complete when data on all patient's follow-up for one year have been collected.
