Risk Evaluation by COronary CTA and Artificial IntelliGence Based fuNctIonal analyZing tEchniques...

Coronary Artery Disease

This study is a multicenter, prospective clinical cohort study. The study intends to continuously enroll patients with coronary heart disease. All subjects will undergo coronary CTA (followed by anatomic, functional and radiomics analysis), proteomics research as well as clinical follow-up of cardiovascular events. The purpose of this study is to establish a new, non-invasive cardiovascular disease risk stratification system.

Registry of Multicenter Brain-Heart Comorbidity in China

Ischemic Heart DiseaseCardiac Arrest11 more

This study is a multi-center, prospective, registry study. This research was supported by the National Key Research and Development Program. To establish a domestic multi-center, large-scale "brain-heart comorbidity" dynamic database platform including clinical, sample database, image and other multi-dimensional information requirements, through the construction of a multi-center intelligent scientific research integration platform based on artificial intelligence. Any of newly diagnosed cardiovascular related diseases were identified via ICD-10-CM codes: I21, I22, I24 (Ischaemic heart diseases) [i.e., ACS], I46 (cardiac arrest), I48 (Atrial fibrillation/flutter), I50 (Heart failure), I71 (Aortic disease), I60 (subarachnoid hemorrhage), I61 (intracerebral hemorrhage), I63 (Cerebral infarction), I65 (Occlusion and stenosis of precerebral arteries), I66 (Occlusion and stenosis of cerebral arteries), I67.1 (cerebral aneurysm), I67.5 (moyamoya diseases), Q28.2 (Arteriovenous malformation of cerebral vessels). The data is stored on the brain-heart comorbidity warehouse via a physical server at the institution's data centre or a virtual hosted appliance. The brain-heart comorbidity platform comprises of a series of these appliances connected into a multicenter network. This network can broadcast queries to each appliance. Results are subsequently collected and aggregated. Once the data is sent to the network, it is mapped to a standard and controlled set of clinical terminologies and undergoes a data quality assessment including 'data cleaning' that rejects records which do not meet the brain-heart comorbidity quality standards. The brain-heart comorbidity warehouse performs internal and extensive data quality assessment with every refresh based on conformance, completeness, and plausibility (http://10.100.101.65:30080/login).

CT in Calcified Coronary Arteries With Photon Counting Detector

Coronary StenosisCalcific Coronary Arteriosclerosis

Coronary CT angiography is challenging in patients with more than mildly calcified coronary vessels, because of calcium artefacts that prevents evaluation of the lumen. The purpose of the CCT-PCD-1-study is to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and image quality in coronary CT angiography using a commercially available CT system equipped with a photon counting detector technology. Patients referred for cardiac CT and conventional coronary angiography as part of routine preoperative evaluation before Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) will be asked for inclusion in the study. This group of patients has generally a coronary artery calcium burden and perform cardiac CT and coronary angiography as part of routine care. The diagnostic accuracy concerning significant coronary artery stenosis on the preoperative CT will be evaluated with the conventional coronary angiography as reference. Also, CT examination image quality will be evaluated.

Drug-coated Balloon Therapy for In-stent Restenosis and de Novo Coronary Lesions

Coronary Heart Disease

This was a single-center, prospective, open-label, observational study. Patients with coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary angiography and treated with drug-coated balloon catheter alone for target vessels were enrolled in the Cardiology Department of our hospital in January 2022. The primary endpoint was late lumen loss within 12±3 months after surgery.

Resting Full-cycle Ratio in Side Branch

Coronary Artery Disease

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate diagnostic performance of resting full-cycle rate (RFR) in side branch lesion. We aims to evaluate whether the diagnostic performance of RFR in the side branch lesion is non-inferior compared to that in the main vessel lesion RFR and FFR measurements will be performed to define functional significance in patients with side branch lesion with or without main vessel lesion

A Study of Pressure Waveform Analysis in Coronary Artery-II

Ischemic Heart Disease

The goal of this observational study is to test the feasibility of intracoronary adenosine administration during coronary flow reserve(CFR) and index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR) assessment in a population with angina. The main questions it aims to answer are: Repeatability of CFR and IMR assessment while hyperemia with intracoronary adenosine was administered. Evaluate the correlation of the intrinsic signal of coronary waveform versus physiologic ischemia, while defined by fractional flow reserve(FFR) and CFR respectively. The predictive value of FFR, CFR, and IMR on major adverse cardiovascular outcomes in 3 years Participants will undergo FFR, CFR, and IMR assessments in the catheterization laboratory of the National Taiwan University Hospital Hsin-Chu Branch, then clinical events follow up for 3 years.
