A Study of Escalating Doses of Polatuzumab Vedotin in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell...

Non-Hodgkins LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

This is a Phase I, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study of polatuzumab vedotin administered as a single agent by intravenous (IV) infusion to participants with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies. In Phase Ib, participants will receive polatuzumab vedotin in combination with rituximab.

Study of Akt Inhibitor MK2206 in Patients With Relapsed Lymphoma

Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma34 more

This phase II clinical trial studies how well Akt inhibitor MK2206 works in treating patients with relapsed lymphoma. Akt inhibitor MK2206 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

A Phase II Study of Oral Panobinostat (LBH589) and Rituximab to Treat Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma...

Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

The purpose of the study is to examine both efficacy of LBH589 in treating relapsed and refractory DLBCL, and added benefit of combining rituximab with LBH589 in this setting. Tissue samples from accessible lymph nodes will be collected and banked before the start of the study treatment and after 15 days. Additionally, blood samples will be drawn and stored in the tissue biobank.

Advanced MalignanciesPositive for Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase3 more

This study is to evaluate the safety and anti-tumor activity of ASP3026 in patients with advanced malignancies (solid tumors and B-cell lymphoma).

A Study of Brentuximab Vedotin in Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

LymphomaB-Cell7 more

This is an open-label, multicenter, phase 2 clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of brentuximab vedotin as a single agent in patients with CD30-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) (Part A). The study will also evaluate the safety and efficacy of brentuximab vedotin in combination with rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (Part B) as well as further evaluate correlation of CD30 expression and response in DLBCL (Part C).

Dose Dense Chemotherapy and Rituximab for Young High Risk Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Patients...

Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

The purpose is to test whether dose densified chemoimmunotherapy followed by central nervous system (CNS) prophylaxis for young high risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients is feasible and could improve time to treatment failure and reduce the risk of CNS relapses. Six courses of rituximab-cyclophosphamide-doxorubicin-etoposide-vincristine-prednison (R-CHOEP) given in two weeks intervals with the support of G-CSF is followed by one course of high dose methotrexate (HD-MTX) and high dose cytarabine (HD-Ara-C). The results will be compared to a historical Nordic study.

Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaDiffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma2 more

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of SyB L-0501 in combination with Rituximab to patients with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and to explore the recommended dose for the Phase II clinical trial.

Vorinostat, Cladribine, and Rituximab in Treating Patients With Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Relapsed Chronic...

Recurrent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia2 more

This phase II trial studies how well giving vorinostat, cladribine, and rituximab together works in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), or B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) that has returned after a period of improvement. Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cladribine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Giving vorinostat together with cladribine and rituximab may kill more cancer cells.

Study Evaluating Chemotherapy in Combination With Inotuzumab Ozogamicin In Subjects With Non-Hodgkin's...

LymphomaB-Cell

This is a phase 1 trial designed to evaluate safety and tolerability of chemotherapy in combination with inotuzumab ozogamicin, an investigational product, in adults with CD22-positive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The trial will involve two arms. In one arm, subjects will receive chemotherapy regimen R-CVP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, vincristine and prednisone). In the other arm, subjects will receive R-GDP (rituximab, gemcitabine, cisplatinum and dexamethasone). Subjects in both arms will also receive inotuzumab ozogamicin.
