Recurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaRefractory Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaThis pilot clinical trial studies tumor-specific markers (clonotype), blood tests, and positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) in predicting treatment response at different times during chemotherapy in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Studying samples of blood in the laboratory from patients during chemotherapy may help doctors learn more about the effects of treatment on cells and may help doctors determine whether patients are responding to treatment. PET/CT scan procedures are done at the same time with the same machine and the combined scans give more detailed pictures of areas inside the body than either scan gives by itself and may help doctors find out how well treatment is working.

LymphomaB-CellThis is a Phase 1b/2 randomized study of Iberdomide (CC-220) added to 3 different combination regimens (polatuzumab vedotin plus rituximab (Cohort A), tafasitamab (Cohort B), rituximab plus gemcitabine and platinum-based chemotherapy (Cohort C)) for participants with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma (R/R a-BCL). All 3 cohorts will be open for enrollment at study start. Part 1 (dose escalation) will be followed by Part 2 (dose expansion), in which participants will be randomized to one of three cohorts, with CC-220 at the recommended Phase 2 Dose in combination with the Cohorts A, B and C treatment that is compared to their individual standard of care regimen.

Extranodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid TissueNodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma5 moreThis phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and the best dose of obatoclax mesylate when given together with rituximab and bendamustine hydrochloride to see how well it works compared with rituximab and bendamustine hydrochloride alone in treating patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Obatoclax mesylate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the proteins needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Others interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, also work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving obatoclax mesylate together with rituximab and bendamustine hydrochloride may kill more cancer cells

LymphomaDiffuse Large-Cell B-cell6 moreBackground: - MLN4924 is an experimental cancer drug. It may help kill lymphoma cells and make them more sensitive to chemotherapy. EPOCH R is a combination chemotherapy drug. It has been effective in treating some cases of large B-cell lymphoma. This research will look at two things. The first is the effect of MLN4924 on its own in treating large B-cell lymphoma. The second is the safe dose and effect of MLN4924 and EPOCH-R in combination when treating large B-cell lymphoma. Objectives: To study how MLN4924 affects large B-cell lymphoma tumors. To compare the effects of MLN 4924 alone and MLN4924 plus standard EPOCH-R chemotherapy. Eligibility: - Individuals at least 18 years of age who have large B-cell lymphoma that will be treated with chemotherapy. Design: Participants will be screened with a medical history and physical exam. They will also have blood and urine tests, tumor samples, and imaging studies. Participants will receive MLN4924 for a maximum of six 21-day cycles of treatment. Each cycle involves a dose of MLN4924 twice a week for 2 weeks, followed by a 1-week rest period. Participants will be monitored with frequent blood tests and imaging studies. Participants who do not benefit from MLN4924 alone will have MLN4924 along with EPOCH-R chemotherapy for up to six cycles of treatment.

Cord blood-derived CAR-NK cells may react against the B-cell lymphoma cells in the body, which may help to control the disease. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant may help kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy.
