CART19 Cells Treatment of MRD of B Cell Malignancies and Then Auto-HSCT
LeukemiaLymphocytic8 moreThe clinical study of CART19 Cells treatment for MRD of B Cell Malignancies and then auto-HSCT
Study of Subcutaneous Campath-1H in Patients With B-Cell CLL and Residual Disease After Chemotherapy...
B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaTo evaluate whether CAMPATH-1H given to patients with CLL after maximum response to chemotherapy will: a) eliminate minimal residual disease (documented by flow cytometry) in patients who have achieved a complete remission (CR) or b) convert partial remission to complete remission. To evaluate the time-to-progression of patients according to pretreatment characteristics and response status at study entry. To evaluate whether CAMPATH-1H given to patients with CLL after maximum response to chemotherapy will eliminate minimal residual disease as determined by real-time quantitative PCR.
Thiotepa-based Conditioning for Allogeneic Stem-cell Transplantation (SCT) in Lymphoid Malignancies...
Non Hodgkin LymphomaHodgkin Lymphoma2 moreThe study hypotheses is that the introduction of dose escalated thiotepa, in substitution to busulfan or melphalan, will reduce toxicity after allogeneic transplantation while improving disease eradication in patients with lymphoid malignancies not eligible for standard transplantation.
Multi-antigen CMV-Modified Vaccinia Ankara Vaccine in Reducing CMV Related Complications in Patients...
Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaBCR-ABL1 Positive12 moreThis randomized phase II trial studies how well multi-antigen cytomegalovirus (CMV)-modified vaccinia Ankara vaccine works in reducing CMV related complications in patients with blood cancer who are undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Vaccines made from a gene-modified virus may help the body build an effective immune response to kill cancer cells.
Mechanical Stimulation in Preventing Bone Density Loss in Patients Undergoing Donor Stem Cell Transplant...
Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaAdult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Remission103 moreThis pilot clinical trial studies mechanical stimulation in preventing bone density loss in patients undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Mechanical stimulation may limit, prevent, or reverse bone loss, increase muscle and cardiac performance, and improve overall health
Phase 1B- Open Label Dose-Ranging Study of Oral AFX-2 in Adults With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia...
LeukemiaLymphocytic2 moreThis trial will assess the tolerability and safety of AFX-2 over a range of five dose levels in adults with low-, intermediate- or high-risk Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). The trial will also determine the impact of dose on quality of life indices and on biological and immune responses, and will assess if there is a maximum tolerated dose and/or dose-limiting toxicity in this study population.
A Study of Ibrutinib in the Treatment of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Mantle-cell Lymphoma in...
LeukemiaLymphocytic4 moreThe purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of ibrutinib and to provide a description of ibrutinib therapy and the first non-ibrutinib subsequent therapy for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and mantle-cell lymphoma (MCL).
Safety, Efficacy of BNT162b2 mRNA Vaccine in CLL
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaOn behalf of the Israel CLL study group the investigators will evaluate the efficacy and safety of BNT162b2 mRNA Covid-19 Vaccine in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia
Ribomustin in the First Line Therapy of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaProspective multicenter observational non-interventional study to assess routine clinical practice of Bendamustine use in the first line therapy of chronic lymphocytic leukemia
An Observational Study Examining the Effect of Added MabThera Therapy in Patients With Untreated...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaThis study will examine the effectiveness of MabThera therapy added to a standard chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Patients who have received a single prior MabThera plus chemotherapy treatment are eligible. The overall response rate of patients treated for approximately 5 months (as per current label guidelines) will be analysed according to various factors (i.e., age, concurrent treatment, and chromosomal abnormalities).
