FL- 101 Study in Non-Metastatic MIBC
Muscle Invasive Bladder CarcinomaA pilot window of opportunity study of FL-101 in patients with non-metastatic MIBC who are eligible for radical cystectomy (RC) but are ineligible for, or decline, cisplatin-based neoadjuvant therapy.
Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy During TransUrethral Resection for Improving BC Diagnosis and Treatment...
Bladder CancerCLEA prospective monocenter diagnostic accuracy study of Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy (CLE) for Bladder Cancer(BC) to assess two primary objectives: The diagnostic accuracy of flexible probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE) compared to histopathology of the resection specimen. The diagnostic accuracy of CLE-based assessment of the surgical radicality of the resection bed (radical vs irradical) in comparison with histopathology of a biopsy of the resection bed. All patients with a papillary bladder tumor on cystoscopy will be included in this trial.
Safety and Efficacy of CG0070 Oncolytic Virus Regimen in Patients With High Grade Non-Muscle Invasive...
Bladder CancerHigh Grade1 moreThis is an expanded access protocol to study the safety and efficacy of CG0070 in Cis and Cis with Ta and/or T1 disease patients who failed both BCG therapy and the BOND protocol (NCT 01438112), or in high grade Ta and T1 patients who failed BCG therapy.
Sevoflurane Versus Desflurane for Catheter-related Bladder Discomfort
Catheter Site DiscomfortComplications2 moreWe want to evaluate the efficacy of the sevoflurane and desflurane for the prevention of catheter-related bladder discomfort.
Propofol and Sevoflurane for Catheter-Related Bladder Discomfort
Catheter Site DiscomfortComplications2 moreThe investigators want to evaluate the efficacy of the propofol and sevoflurane for the prevention of catheter-related bladder discomfort.
sEphB4-HSA in Treating Participants With BCG-Unresponsive or Refractory Bladder Cancer
Recurrent Bladder CarcinomaBladder Cancer Stage 01 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of recombinant EphB4-HSA fusion protein (sEphB4-HSA), and to see how well it works in treating participants with bladder cancer that has come back or that isn't responding to bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) vaccine treatment. sEphB4-HAS prevents tumor cells from multiplying and blocks several compounds that promote the growth of blood vessels that bring nutrients to the tumor. Giving sEphB4-HSA may work better in treating participants with bladder cancer.
Green Tea Extract in Treating Patients With Nonmetastatic Bladder Cancer
Stage I Bladder CancerStage II Bladder Cancer1 moreGreen tea extract contains ingredients that may slow the growth of certain cancers. It is not yet known whether green tea extract is more effective than a placebo when given before surgery in treating patients with bladder. This randomized phase II trial is studying green tea extract to see how well it works compared to a placebo when given before surgery in treating patients with nonmetastatic bladder cancer.
Celecoxib and Rosiglitazone in Treating Patients Who Are Undergoing Cystoscopic Surveillance for...
Bladder CancerRATIONALE: Celecoxib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the enzymes necessary for their growth and by stopping blood flow to the tumor. Rosiglitazone may help tumor cells develop into normal bladder cells. PURPOSE: This randomized clinical trial is studying how well giving celecoxib together with rosiglitazone works in treating patients who are undergoing cystoscopic surveillance (screening) for early-stage noninvasive (carcinoma in situ) carcinoma (cancer) of the bladder or radical cystectomy for muscle-invasive carcinoma (cancer has spread into the muscle layer of bladder tissue) of the bladder.
High-Dose Multivitamins Compared to a Placebo in Preventing the Recurrence of Cancer in Patients...
Bladder CancerRATIONALE: Chemoprevention therapy is the use of certain drugs to try to prevent the development or recurrence of cancer. The use of high-dose multivitamins may be an effective way to prevent the recurrence of early stage bladder cancer. It is not yet known whether high-dose vitamins are more effective than no further therapy in decreasing the risk of early-stage bladder cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized double-blinded phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of high-dose multivitamins with a placebo in preventing the recurrence of cancer in patients with early stage bladder cancer.
Pembrolizumab-Epacadostat Combination to Treat Muscle-invasive Bladder UrotheLIAl canceR: PECULIAR...
Muscle-invasive Bladder CancerAn open label, monocenter, single-arm, phase 2 study of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab and epacadostat, preceding radical cystectomy, for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
