PVRI GoDeep Global Deep Phenotyping Meta-Registry for Pulmonary Hypertension
Pulmonary HypertensionGlobal HealthPVRI-GoDeep is a PH Meta-Registry, run under the umbrella of the Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute (PVRI). It merges anonymized PH patient related data from various local registries around the world run under the responsibility of PVRI members. It will be operated under the auspices of the University of Giessen/Giessen PH center. Combining deep phenotyping with worldwide outreach, PVRI-GoDeep aims to offer insights into specific geographical and ethnical profiles of PH, to deepen the epidemiological, clinical and molecular understanding of this disease and to promote strategies for improved individualized treatment of PH patients.

GlaucomaAngle-Closure4 moreTo assess intraocular pressure changes among glaucoma patients on systemic antihypertensive and antihistaminic drugs.

Safety Surveillance of Targeted Drugs for Pulmonary Hypertension Using a Computerized Follow-up...
Pulmonary HypertensionRecruit at least 700 PH patients, follow up every 6 months based on a computerized follow-up system. Primary outcomes are adverse drug events and all-cause death.

Prevalence of Masked Hypertension in Nephrological Patients
Masked HypertensionThe purpose of this study is to determine the percentage of patients with masked hypertension in a population with chronic kidney disease. The investigators goal is to register prospectively ambulatory blood pressure measurement results of patients of a nephrological outpatient clinic with normal office blood pressure to finally find the percentage of masked hypertension in this population.

An Interventional Multidisciplinary Approach to Individualize Blood Pressure Treatment
Uncontrolled HypertensionThe aim of the study is to investigate and explore the most important aspects of drug-adherence in the treatment of hypertension in order to improve treatment and blood pressure control, implying that new knowledge will reduce morbidity and mortality.

Hypertension Registry of "Hypertension Prevention and Control Initiative in China"
HypertensionHypertension is the leading preventable risk factor of cardiovascular disease globally and in China. Unparalleled to remarkable increase of hypertension burden in China, blood pressure(BP) control is inadequate. A political public health project, "Hypertension Prevention and Control Initiative in China(Chronic Disease Demonstration District Construction)", was initiated in October 2019 for explore a feasible and reproducible archetype for hypertension management and to improve the registration, management, treatment and control rates of hypertension in China. The project is designed to consecutively implement health service strategies in 40 pilot counties covering 31 provinces and around 200,000 hypertension patients in mainland China, via the National Medical Alliance for Hypertension(NMAH). The Hypertension Registry study aims to registry, follow up and observe the clinical features, treatment, blood pressure control and outcomes of all hypertension patients managed in the "Hypertension Prevention and Control Initiative in China" project.

Registry of Arterial Hypertension
Arterial HypertensionThe problem of the quality of primary health care medical system for patients with arterial hypertension is acute for the investigator's country, as these diseases are the most common and cause the high mortality of the population. The concept of "quality of primary health care medical system" includes its timeliness, accessibility and provision of medical care to the patient at the modern level, which is determined by the degree of performance by doctors of medical and diagnostic measures corresponding current clinical recommendations. The system of cardiovascular desease registries, established in the Federal State Clinical Hospital of the Russian Federation Ministry of Public Health with the automated analysis of data on examination and treatment, in comparison with clinical Recommendations. It makes possibility to identify shortcomings and develop approaches to improving the provision of medical care to patients in real clinical practice. Comparative analysis of the quality of examination and treatment in different samples of patients with cardiovascular desease, observed in 2018-2020, compared with results of previous years will identify ptrends in the provision of medical care to patients with cardiovascular desease.

The Föllinge Hypertension and Lifestyle Study
Hypertension,EssentialLifestyle-related ConditionAmbulatory blood pressure measurement is more demanding in terms of technical equipment and specially trained staff. If blood pressure measurement in a self-care room is on average equivalent to the ambulatory blood pressure daytime monitoring of hypertension in primary care could be simplified. We therefore want to examine patients monitored for hypertension (ICD 10) with three different methods: conventional blood pressure measurement in office, self-directed automated measurement and ambulatory blood pressure, starting in December 2020. We will also offer an interview covering cardiovascular risk factors, at time for enrollment and after 6 months. The study was approved to include 150 adult study patients (The swedish ethical review authority 2020-01375), men and women, where diagnosis and treatment of hypertension is relevant after a clinical evaluation.
