The study aims to demonstrate the relationship between intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) and abundant microaspirations in mechanically ventilated cirrhotic.

(1) To compare cuff-less wrist wearable radial artery blood pressure measurements utilizing ViTrack(developed by Dynocardia) to the cuff based commercially available blood pressure device, in healthy volunteers with normal or high blood pressure.

The working hypothesis is that hypertension during the first post-transplant trimester is partly explained by the patient's hypervolemia. The main objective of the single-center observational study "HTA ô Connect" is to study the relationship between hypertension and extracellular hyperhydration, thanks to repeated self-measurements of blood pressure and impedancemetry between the 30th and the 90th day post-transplant, in 150 incident kidney transplant patients from our department, the ITUN (Institute of Urology-Nephrology Transplantation). The study population involves 150 incident kidney transplant patients, presenting to the Nantes University Hospital Transplant Institute for 1 month (D30), and presenting with hypertension ≥ 140/90mmHg and not treated with a diuretic. Data collected at the patients' homes will be used to establish a relationship between blood pressure and extracellular water volume. The data collected will not be used to follow up patients who participated in the study in this first stage of exploration.

This open label, prospective observational, single-center registry is to study short-, intermediate-and long-term course of postpartum hypertension and predictors/risk factors associated with long term cardiovascular and renal risk. Current disease management strategies will be evaluated.

Prospective registry and biobank for long-term observational studies in adult patients with pulmonary hypertension

Our study aims to evaluate the role of depression in blood pressure control in ambulatory hypertensive patients.

The objective of this observational study is to compare cardiac output evaluation by the Direct Fick method, Indirect Fick method and Thermodiluition in pulmonary hypertension (PH) patients undergoing right heart catheterization (RHC). The main questions it aims to answer are: Are these methods interchangeable? Can possible discrepancies influence risk stratification and therapeutic management of PH patients? All consecutive patients aged ≥18 years, referred for RHC for suspected PH, will be included. Exclusion criteria will be contraindications to RHC, cardiac shunts and failure to obtain informed consent. Patients will undergo RHC by a Swan-Ganz catheter through the right internal jugular vein ultrasound-guided cannulation and cardiac output will be calculated using the three above-mentioned methods.

The goal of this observational study is to learn about heart function and high lung blood pressure in patients with heart failure. The main question[s] it aims to answer are whether we can improve the ability to predict patients who will have complications after they receive treatment including heart transplant and left ventricular assist devices.

The purposes of this study are (I), to evaluate various screening methods for their ability to predict and to confirm Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) in scleroderma patients, and (II) to evaluate the incidence of PH (i.e. the number of new cases per year) in scleroderma patients.
