Diagnosis Value of SEMA4C in Breast Cancer
Breast Neoplasm FemaleBreast cancer remains the most common cancer in women worldwide. Early diagnosis can greatly improve the prognosis. To date, imaging examination is still the most important diagnostic and grading tool for breast cancer. Semaphorin4C (SEMA4C) has previously been identified as a highly expressed protein by breast cancer-associated lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs). The study is undertaken to evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of SEMA4C.

Arm Circumference Measurement With or Without Bioimpedance Spectroscopy in Finding Lymphedema Early...
LymphedemaBreast CancerThis randomized pilot clinical trial studies arm circumference measurement with or without bioimpedance spectroscopy in finding extra lymph node fluid build up in the arm (lymphedema) early in patients with stage I-III breast cancer undergoing lymph node dissection or sentinel node biopsy. Diagnostic procedures, such as bioimpedance spectroscopy, may allow doctors to find and diagnose lymphedema earlier than arm circumference measurement alone.

Diagnostic and Prognostic Value of MicroRNA in Breast Cancer Patients
Breast CancerThe aim of this study is to evaluate the role of miRNA 125a -5p and miRNA143-3p as a non invasive biomarker in diagnosis of breast cancer and the relationship between MiRNA expression and histopathological features as tumor stage ,grade ,molecular subtypes. Also trying to correlate the results with MRI radiological findings which may help in better selection of treatment protocols.

Evaluation of Contrast Enhanced Breast CT for Diagnosis and Staging of Breast Cancer
Breast CancerContrast-enhanced breast CT is a novel high resolution and fully 3D imaging method to document abnormalities within the breast. I will establish its value for breast cancer staging and in monitoring therapy response.

Dosimetric Comparison of Three Radiation Techniques for Hypofractionated Whole Breast Radiotherapy...
Breast CancerWe aim to compare three different radiation delivery techniques, namely three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT), intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and volumetric modulated radiation therapy (VMAT) in left-sided early breast cancer patients.

Prediction of Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis Status in Breast Cancer Based on PET/CT Radiomics
Breast NeoplasmsPatients with suspected breast cancer undergoing PET/CT at our hospital. The PET/CT center's chief physician and senior attending physician reviewed the films together and disagreement, if any, was resolved by consensus. The lesion was visually identified. A 3D region of interest(ROI) of the lesion was automatically outlined using the 40% threshold method, and PET metabolic parameters were measured . Breast lesions with radionuclide concentrations greater than those in normal breast tissue are considered to be breast cancer lesions, while lymph nodes with radionuclide concentrations greater than those in muscle tissue are considered to be metastatic lymph nodes. Image segmentation: Image segmentation was performed using ITK-SNAP software (4) (version 3.6.0, http://www.itksnap.org/), Brush Style: circular, Brush Size: 10, Brush Options: 3D. The entire tumor volume was outlined on the PET image as ROI for segmentation. An open source Python package (PyRadiomics version 3.0.1(5)) was used to extract the radiomics features from the ROI. Univariate and multivariate binary logistic regressions were used to construct model for predicting lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.

Towards Early Detection of Breast Cancer in High Risk Population
Breast CancerBreast cancer is a major and growing health challenge, and the leading cause of cancer in women. As population obesity rates increase, the number of new breast cancer diagnosis continues to rise. Despite treatment advances, breast cancer remains an important cause of premature mortality, taking women in the prime of life. Although underlying susceptibility caused by mutation in the genes including BRCA1/2 is increasingly identified, current pre-symptomatic screening for the general population and those at high genetic risk remains sub-optimal, with high false negative and positive rates. Alteration of breast lipid composition has been observed by us and others in patients with breast cancer and is thought to precede onset. We have developed and tested a novel method to allow a standard 3T MRI scanner to perform quantitative 3D mapping of specific lipid molecules in the breast. We will investigate if this method can detect very early breast cancers, and compare the amount and spread of lipid composition in breast tissue of premenopausal women with very high genetic risk of breast cancer, women with breast cancer and women with obesity.

Radiation Omission in Patients With HER2 Overexpressing Tumors With Pathologic Complete Response...
Breast CancerHER2-positive Breast CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility, based on recruitment rate over a 3-year period, of enrolling patients for the omission of post-operative breast radiation following breast conserving surgery and sentinel node biopsy or axillary lymph node dissection in women with HER2+ breast cancer who achieve pathologic complete response.

Breast MRI in Evaluation of Pathologic Response in Patients With Breast Cancer With Neoadjuvent...
Role of MRI in Evaluation of Breast Cancerevaluation of pathological response in breast mass by use of breast MRI in patients receiving neoadjuvent chemotherapy via comparison with pathological results

Trial to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Pegfilgrastim Biosimilar in Subjects With High Risk...
Breast CancerThis is a Phase III, randomised, assessor-blind, parallel group, multicentre trial. At least 180 adult subjects with high-risk Stage II or Stage III / IV breast cancer will be randomised (1:1) to receive either Eurofarma's pegfilgrastim (n = 90) or Neulastim (n = 90) in 8 to 10 sites in Brazil. Subjects will undergo a maximum of 4 cycles of myelosuppressive chemotherapy (21 days per cycle).
