Phase Ib/II Trial of Abemaciclib and Elacestrant in Patients With Brain Metastasis Due to HR+/Her2-...
Breast CancerThis is a multi-institutional, single arm, open label, Phase Ib/II study of abemaciclib in combination with elacestrant in patients with HR+/Her2- breast cancer metastatic to the brain. Patients may have received up to two prior lines of systemic chemotherapy for locally advanced or metastatic disease. There will be no limit on prior use of endocrine therapy including aromatase inhibitors, tamoxifen and fulvestrant, given a documented clinical benefit of elacestrant in this setting.
Radiation Therapy Boost Before Surgery for the Treatment of Non-metastatic Breast Cancer
Anatomic Stage 0 Breast Cancer AJCC v8Anatomic Stage I Breast Cancer AJCC v818 moreThis phase II trial investigates the safety of delivering a part (boost) of radiation treatment before breast surgery in treating patients with breast cancer that has not spread to other places in the body (non-metastatic). Radiation therapy uses high energy photons/electrons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Delivering a boost radiation treatment before surgery when doctors can still visualize the tumor on imaging may help to better target the tumor and decrease the volume of normal irradiated tissue. By so doing, doctors may achieve better cosmetic outcomes and possibly better tumor control.
Efficacy and Safety of Pyrotinib Maleate Combined With ARX788 Neoadjuvant Treatment in Breast Cancer...
Breast NeoplasmsNext-generation Site-specific human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-targeting Antibody-drug Conjugate (ARX788) is an antibody-conjugated drug. Results from the phase I safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic trial of ARX788 single drug in Chinese patients with advanced HER2 breast cancer indicated a good safety of the test drug, and responses to anti-tumor therapy were observed in the target dose group. Phase II clinical trial is being carried out gradually. This trial is designed to observe the effectiveness and safety of pyrotinib maleate combined with ARX788 neoadjuvant treatment in stage II-III HER2-positive breast cancer patients experiencing a poor efficacy of trastuzumab and pertuzumab.
Olinvacimab With Pembrolizumab in Patients With mTNBC
Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast CancerThe objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Olinvacimab in combination with Pembrolizumab in patients with mTNBC.
Prospective Evaluation of Targeted Axillary Dissection (TAD)
Breast CancerThe purpose of this research is to evaluate how to manage the axillary lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer. The investigators will determine if a sampling of the lymph nodes under the arm will give the information necessary to determine if fewer lymph nodes can be removed.
Circulating Tumor DNA Enriched, Genomically Directed Post-neoadjuvant Trial for Patients With Residual...
Breast CancerTriple Negative Breast CancerThis is a 3-arm study stratified by plasma ctDNA. Patients with residual TNBC disease after pre-operative therapy will be assigned to 1 of 3 Arms based on plasma ctDNA positivity and genomic marker(s).
Selinexor & Talazoparib in Advanced Refractory Solid Tumors; Advanced/Metastatic Triple Negative...
Advanced Refractory Solid TumorsAdvanced Triple Negative Breast Cancers1 moreThis is a single arm, open-label, phase I dose finding study, followed by a phase II expansion study. Phase I will be carried out in a modified 3+3 dose escalation design, with a projected enrolment of 33 patients with refractory solid tumors to determine the RP2D. In the phase II portion, a total of 30 patients with advanced/metastatic TNBC will be enrolled.
GB491 Combined With Fulvestrant for HR+ HER2- Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer
Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast CancerGB491-004 is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of GB491 in combination with fulvestrant in patients with HR-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have progressed on prior endocrine therapy.
Stereotactic Brain-directed Radiation With or Without Aguix Gadolinium-Based Nanoparticles in Brain...
Brain CancerBrain Metastases14 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine whether AGuIX (Activation and Guidance of Irradiation by X-ray) gadolinium-based nanoparticles make radiation work more effectively in the treatment of patients with brain metastases that are more difficult to control with stereotactic radiation alone.
ATEMPT 2.0: Adjuvant T-DM1 vs TH
Breast CancerHER2-positive Breast CancerThis research study is studying how well newly diagnosed breast cancer that has tested positive for a protein called HER2 responds using one of two different combination of HER2-directed therapies as a treatment after surgery. The name of the study drugs involved are: Trastuzumab-emtansine (T-DM1, Kadcyla) Trastuzumab SC (Herceptin Hylecta) Paclitaxel
