Genomically Guided Radiation Therapy in the Management of Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Triple Negative Breast CancerThe purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of genomically guided radiation therapy (RT) in people with triple negative (HER2 negative, hormone receptor negative) breast cancer undergoing breast conservation therapy.
A Study of SDX-7320 in Combination With Eribulin for People With Breast Cancer
Breast CancerMetastatic Triple-Negative Breast CancerThe researchers are doing this study to find out whether the study drug, SDX-7320, when combined with the standard chemotherapy eribulin, is an effective treatment for people with TNBC and metabolic dysfunction. The researchers will also look at whether the study treatment (SDX-7320 combined with eribulin) is safe and causes few or mild side effects in participants. The researchers will compare this treatment approach to eribulin alone.
A Phase II Trial of Camrelizumab in Combination With Apatinib for Neoadjuvant Treatment of Early-stage...
Breast CancerTriple-Negative Breast CancerThis is a phase II, open-labeled, multi-centered, single-arm, investigator-initiated clinical trial of camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody) in combination with apatinib (a VEGFR2 TKI) for neoadjuvant treatment of patients with triple-negative breast cancer and >10% tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in baseline breast tumors. We will enroll 58 subjects (Simon's two stage design). The study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab in combination with apatinib in the neoadjuvant treatment of TNBC with a high proportion of TILs.
A Study of BL-M07D1 in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic HER2 Positive/Low Expression...
Breast CancerLocally Advanced or Metastatic Solid TumorIn phase Ia study, the safety and tolerability of BL-B07D1 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive/low-expression breast cancer and other solid tumors will be investigated to determine the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of BL-M07D1. In phase Ib study, the safety and tolerability of BL-M07D1 at the phase Ia recommended dose will be further investigated, and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) for phase II clinical studies will be determined. In addition, the preliminary efficacy, pharmacokinetic characteristics, and immunogenicity of BL-M07D1 in patients
Study of TT-00420 Tablet as Monotherapy and Combination Therapy in Patients With Advanced Solid...
Advanced Solid TumorCholangiocarcinoma9 moreThis is a Phase Ib/II, multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of TT-00420 tablet, as monotherapy or in combination regimens, in patients with advanced solid tumors.
Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Bevacizumab, Carboplatin, Gemcitabine and Atezolizumab in...
Metastatic Triple Negative Breast CancerThe study hypothesise that the combination of carboplatin, gemcitabine, bevacizumab and atezolizumab may be synergistic and improve outcomes for patients with early relapsed TNBC by overcoming mechanisms of immune resistance and thus potentiating greater and more durable responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Early relapsing TNBC represents a high priority, unmet need whereby effective therapeutic strategies are urgently needed.
Avapritinib for the Treatment of CKIT or PDGFRA Mutation-Positive Locally Advanced or Metastatic...
Anatomic Stage IV Breast Cancer AJCC v8Clinical Stage IV Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma AJCC v827 moreThis phase II trial studies the effect of avapritinib in treating malignant solid tumors that have a genetic change (mutation) in CKIT or PDGFRA and have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or other places in the body (metastatic). Avapritinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Avapritinib may help to control the growth of malignant solid tumors.
Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd) With or Without Pertuzumab Versus Taxane, Trastuzumab and Pertuzumab...
Breast Cancer; HER2-positive; MetastaticThe study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab deruxtecan (also known as T-DXd, DS-8201a), either alone or in combination with pertuzumab, in treating patients with Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer as a first line of treatment in the metastatic setting.
Tucatinib Together With Pembrolizumab and Trastuzumab
Breast CancerHER2-positive Breast CancerWomen or men with HER2-positive, metastatic breast cancer, who have progressed on previous treatment, will receive tucatinib in combination with: Pembrolizumab and trastuzumab (PD-L1 positive); or Pembrolizumab, trastuzumab and capecitabine (PD-L1 negative)
INVINCIBLE TRIAL: Intratumoral INT230-6 in Breast Cancer
Breast CancerThis is a phase II, randomized, multi-center, parallel design, window of opportunity trial evaluating intratumoral INT230-6 in up to 90 patients with early stage breast cancer. In a 2:1 randomization, patients on the treatment arm will receive intratumoral INT230-6 injections prior to breast surgery.
