This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab with or without varlilumab works in treating patients with aggressive B-cell lymphomas that have come back (recurrent) or do not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as varlilumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

Nivolumab and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin...

Grade 3a Follicular LymphomaRecurrent Burkitt Lymphoma13 more

This I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with nivolumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back and does not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab and lenalidomide may work better in treating patients with non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin lymphoma.

Lenalidomide and Blinatumomab for the Treatment of Relapsed Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Recurrent Burkitt LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma24 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide and blinatumomab when given together in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed). Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Blinatumomab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread.

Gene Therapy and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With AIDS-Related Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...

AIDS-Related Burkitt LymphomaAIDS-Related Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma4 more

This pilot clinical trial studies gene therapy following combination chemotherapy in treating patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)-related non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Placing genes that have been shown in the laboratory to inhibit the growth and spread of the immunodeficiency virus (HIV) into the patient's peripheral blood stem cells may improve the body's ability to fight HIV. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving gene therapy after combination chemotherapy may improve the body's ability to fight HIV and AIDS-related non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

HIV InfectionMature T-Cell and NK-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma9 more

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of gene therapy in treating patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-related lymphoma that did not respond to therapy or came back after an original response receiving stem cell transplant. In gene therapy, small stretches of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) called "anti-HIV genes" are introduced into the stem cells in the laboratory to make the gene therapy product used in this study. The type of anti-HIV genes and therapy in this study may make the patient's immune cells more resistant to HIV-1 and prevent new immune cells from getting infected with HIV-1.

UCB Transplant for Hematological Diseases Using a Non Myeloablative Prep

Acute LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia23 more

This is a phase II trial using a non-myeloablative cyclophosphamide/ fludarabine/total body irradiation (TBI) preparative regimen with modifications based on factors including diagnosis, disease status, and prior treatment. Single or double unit selected according to current University of Minnesota umbilical cord blood graft selection algorithm.

Umbilical Cord Blood Transplant, Cyclophosphamide, Fludarabine, and Total-Body Irradiation in Treating...

Acute Biphenotypic LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia19 more

This phase II trial studies how well giving an umbilical cord blood transplant together with cyclophosphamide, fludarabine, and total-body irradiation (TBI) works in treating patients with hematologic disease. Giving chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide and fludarabine, and TBI before a donor umbilical cord blood transplant helps stop the growth of cancer and abnormal cells and helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil after transplant may stop this from happening.

REal World Data in LYmphoma and Survival in Adults

Diffuse Large B Lymphoma (DLBCL)Follicular Lymphoma (FL)5 more

REALYSA cohort is a population-based epidemiological platform in real-life for lymphomas designed to enrich prognostic data, by integrating together epidemiological, clinical and biological data. REALYSA is a platform perfectly set up to Study prognostic factors using integrated epidemiological and biological data (genetics), to better characterize the determinants of refractoriness and relapse in patients with lymphoma, to follow the growing number of survivors and describe median to long-term sequela, second cancer, quality of life (QoL)… Document treatment effectiveness in real life and observance Address socio-economical questions

Vorinostat and Combination Chemotherapy Before Donor Stem Cell Transplantation for the Treatment...

Recurrent Aggressive Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma5 more

This phase II trial studies how well vorinostat and combination chemotherapy before donor stem cell transplantation work in treating patients with aggressive B-cell or T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed). Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as busulfan, gemcitabine, and clofarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving vorinostat together with combination chemotherapy before donor stem cell transplantation may help to control lymphoma.
