Adult Burkitt LymphomaB-Cell Lymphoma5 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects, good and bad of a new drug called ixazomib (also called MLN9708), when it is given along with a common treatment combination, called Dose-Adjusted EPOCH-R (DA-EPOCH-R, for short). This is a type of study called a phase I/II trial. In the phase I part, the dose of the study drug (ixazomib) will be adjusted (either up or down) to find the maximum (highest) dose that does not cause excessive (too many) harmful side effects. In the phase II part, this dose of ixazomib will be given at the maximum safe dose found in phase I. In both phase I and II, DA-EPOCH-R will be adjusted between cycles depending on how blood cell levels are affected between cycles. Ixazomib is considered investigational because it is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). DA-EPOCH-R is a combination chemotherapy treatment developed over the last 14-15 years, and each of the drugs in this regimen is FDA-approved and considered part of the standard of care.

Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Removing the T cells from the donor cells before transplant may stop this from happening. Giving an infusion of the donor's T cells (donor lymphocyte infusion) later may help the patient's immune system see any remaining cancer cells as not belonging in the patient's body and destroy them (called graft-versus-tumor effect)

Relapsed/Refractory B-cell LymphomasDiffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)10 moreCLBR001 + SWI019 is an combination investigational immunotherapy being evaluated as a potential treatment for patients diagnosed with B cell malignancies who are refractory or unresponsive to salvage therapy or who cannot be considered for or have progressed after autologous hematopoietic cell transplantation. This first-in-human study will assess the safety and tolerability of CLBR001 + SWI019 and is designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or optimal SWI019 dose (OSD). Patients will be administered a single infusion of CLBR001 cells followed by cycles of SWI019. The study will also assess the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of CLBR001 + SWI019.
