We would like to examine the migration from work trend and its socio-demographic causes in the light of COVID-19 pandemic among social care workers in Hungary. We would like to analyze the extent of stress and burnout at work after COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the resulting turnover intentions in Hungary among social care workers. Our goal is to validate on hungarian population the Turnover Intention Scale (TIS-6), to measure fluctuation and migration.

Better Together Physician Coaching: Mitigating Burnout in UME

Here, the investigators seek to understand it's efficacy in University of Colorado School of Medicine (CU SOM) clinicians Aim 1: Implement Better Together in undergraduate medical education settings for medical students Aim 2: Assess outcomes: primary: reduce burnout as measured by the Maslach Burnout Index (goal: 10% relative improvement), and secondary: self-compassion, imposter syndrome, flourishing, loneliness, and moral injury. Aim 3: Advance the field of coaching for clinicians through innovation and dissemination of evidence-based approaches to medical student wellbeing.

Peer Champion Support for Hospital Staff During and After the COVID-19 Pandemic
BurnoutExperience from the 2003 Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) outbreak taught that healthcare workers (HCWs) often experience chronic stress effects for months or years after such an event, and that supporting HCWs requires attention to the marathon of occupational stress, not just the sprint of dramatic stressors that occur while infections are dominating the news. This study will test if the well-being of hospital workers facing a novel coronavirus outbreak is improved by adding either of two interventions: (1) Peer Resilience Champions (PRC): an interdisciplinary team of professionals who actively monitor for early signs of heightened stress within clinical teams, liaise between staff and senior management to improve organizational responsiveness, and provide direct support and teaching (under the supervision of experts in resilience, infection control, and professional education). Investigators will test the effectiveness of this PRC Intervention by rolling it out to different parts of the hospital in stages and comparing levels of burnout before and after the intervention reaches particular teams and units (a stepped wedge design). By the end of the study, PRC Support will have been provided to all clinical and research staff and many learners (> 6,000 people). Note that the provision of PRC support will be directed to the entire organization. The research portion of the study is the evaluation of PRC support through a repeated survey completed by consenting staff. Investigators will test the effectiveness of the PRC by measuring trends in burnout and other effects of stress over the course of the study in a subgroup of hospital workers (as many as consent, target ~1000 people) through an online questionnaire (called "How Are You?"). (2) The second intervention is an enriched version of the "How Are You?" Survey, which provides personalized feedback about coping, interpersonal interactions and moral distress. Participants will be randomized (1:1) to receive the shorter Express Survey (identifying data and outcome measures only), or the Enriched survey (all of the Express measures plus additional measures with feedback based on responses). It is hypothesized that both the PRC intervention and the Enriched Survey intervention will help prevent or reduce instances of burnout in HCWs.

Caregiver BurnoutHealth enSuite Caregivers is an e-health program designed to meet some of the most common needs of caregivers of persons with dementia, including information about dementia and dementia care, caregivers' emotional health, formal or informal help received from others. It also recommends specific strategies to promote well-being and provides tools to help caregivers implement these strategies in their everyday lives. Health enSuite Caregivers is available online and as a smartphone app. Its development was informed by reviews of caregivers' needs and existing commercially available apps. A systematic search of commercially available smartphone applications for caregivers found that many apps did not consider each caregiver's unique needs, and were limited to psychoeducational content (no tools for self-management). Furthermore, most existing programs have not been rigorously tested or lack evidence to support their effectiveness.
Let´s Talk About Children Intervention in a School Context
Children's WellbeingChild Overall Health Related Quality of Life1 moreThe aim of this study is to examine the fidelity, the perceived benefits, and the effectiveness of the Let's Talk about Children (LTC) -intervention in a school context. The Let's Talk about Children method is a standardised, family-focused intervention aimed to build a shared understanding between parents, children, and teachers to find ways of working together to support the child's everyday life, well-being, learning, and development, both at home and at school. The Let's Talk about Children intervention is used in several different schools in Finland. The study examines the effects of the Let's Talk about Children method on the teacher-student relationship, the trust between teachers and parents and the students', teachers' and parents' well-being. Participants (N=1316 school-children, N=188 school-teachers and N=1316 parents) are recruited and divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention group consists of teachers who use the Let's Talk about Children method in their work and those students and parents who participate in the Let's Talk about Children discussions. The control group includes teachers who do not use the method in their work and students and parents who do not participate in the discussions. The fidelity and perceived benefits of the method are examined in the intervention group. Otherwise, there is two data collection points. The data is collected in intervention and control groups before the intervention and 6 months after the intervention.
