The Role of ctDNA, PVT1 and ROS in Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary...
NeoplasmsGastrointestinalThis study aims to evaluate the role of ct-DNA, PVT1 and reactive oxygen species (ROS) as biomarkers in the diagnosis, treatment and recurrence monitoring of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pancreatic cancer.
The Enzymatic Activity of Lymphocyte Dihydropyrimidine Dehydrogenase DPD in the Blood as a Predictive...
Metastatic or Locally-advanced Digestive CancerAn observational study of a prospective, analytical, monocentric cohort which does not modify the patient care because the phenotyping of the dihydropyrimidine déshydrogénase DPD (lymphocyte activity) is already carried out in routine hospital. The analysis will be based on clinical, radiological and biological criteria.
The Clinical Study of Modern Therapies on Flora in Body Fluids and Blood of Malignant Tumor Patients...
Lung CancerBreast Cancer2 moreThe clinical study of modern therapies on flora changing in blood, oral cavity, urethra and intestinal tract of patients with malignant tumors. The study is observational. Patients are diagnosed cancer based on pathology or cell biology. The sample of flora will be obtained from their blood, oral cavity, urethra and intestinal tract, mainly to study what modern therapies lead to the influence of microecological environment including diversity and abundance of bacteria in patients who received malignant tumors. Immunological examination and Blood biochemistry evaluation include the number ratio, activity and function of immune cell, the immune cell marker(CD3, CD4, CD8, etc), C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor(TNF), Inflammatory stimulant factor(IL-2, IL-6, etc), tumor marker(CEA, AFP, etc),etc. Clinical evaluation includes image data(CT/MRI), quality of life(QOL), no disease progression survival, total survival, objective disease remission rate, etc.
Prediction of Abdominal Complications After GastroEnterological Surgery
ComplicationAnastomotic Leak1 moreThe aim of this multi-centered study is to understand the epidemiology of infectious complications after gastrointestinal surgery in China. In total, 17 centers from China will prospectively register their patients undergo gastric or colorectal surgeries. Patient demographic data, operation information, and postoperative data including the infectious complications and the outcomes will be registered. We expect to include 2000 gastric and 2000 colorectal patients within one year and the study is expected to be finished in 2020.
The Investigation of the Mechanism of Cachexia Occurrence for Patients With Gastrointestinal Cancer...
CachexiaThe study is going to recruit patients with gastrointestinal cancer, collect clinical data and peripheral blood sample and possible fat samples. The expression of SIRT-6 in peripheral blood will be tested and connect with different status of cachexia of the patients. A mathematical model of the relationship between cachexia classification and SIRT-6 expression is going to constructed as anticipated.
MRI DWI None-Gaussian Model Predicting Early Response to Immunotherapy in Digestive System Malignancies:...
ImmunotherapyDigestive System NeoplasmThis is a prospective two cohorts observational study aimed to investigate the predicting value of MRI none-Gaussian model in digestive malignancies patients who received single agent PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor or combined immunotherapy.
Next-generation Sequencing in Gastrointestinal Cancer
Gastrointestinal CancerLiquid biopsy has been successfully applied to the treatment and diagnosis of cancer. cfDNA has been paid more and more attention in liquid biopsy. Previous studies have shown that cfDNA can be used for predicting the efficacy of radiotherapy or chemotherapy for lung cancer, rectal cancer and esophageal cancer. It is also reported that cfDNA can be used for the evaluation of postoperative recurrence of advanced gastric cancer. However, the use of NGS to detect cfDNA in gastrointestinal tumors has not been reported. The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between cfDNA, cfDNA tumor buden with advanced gastrointestinal tract tumor patients, and find out prognosis gene of advanced gastrointestinal tract tumor.
Disease-Specific Questionnaire in Assessing Quality of Life in Patients With Gastrointestinal-Related...
Gastrointestinal Carcinoid TumorIslet Cell Tumor3 moreRATIONALE: Questionnaires that measure quality of life may help doctors identify the effects of treatment and improve the ability to plan treatment for patients with gastrointestinal-related neuroendocrine tumors. PURPOSE: This phase IV clinical trial is studying how well a disease-specific questionnaire works in assessing the quality of life of patients with gastrointestinal-related neuroendocrine tumors.
Microbiome Analysis in esoPhageal, PancreatIc and Colorectal CaNcer Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal...
Gastrointestinal CancerColorectal Cancer9 moreThe MA-PPING is a multicenter prospective observational study that includes patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal cancer. The study aims to map the oral and gut microbiome of patients diagnosed with pancreatic, esophageal or colorectal cancer during their surgical patient journey from the moment of diagnosis until full recovery (three months after surgery).
