Veliparib With Carboplatin and Paclitaxel and as Continuation Maintenance Therapy in Adults With...

Ovarian CancerOvarian Neoplasm

The primary objective of the study was to evaluate whether progression-free survival (PFS) was prolonged with the addition of veliparib to standard platinum-based chemotherapy (carboplatin/paclitaxel [C/P]) and continued as maintenance therapy compared with chemotherapy alone.

Matched Paired Pharmacodynamics and Feasibility Study of Durvalumab in Combination With Chemotherapy...

Stage III Fallopian Tube Cancer AJCC v7Stage III Ovarian Cancer AJCC v6 and v713 more

This phase I/II trial studies how well durvalumab works when given in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel in treating patients with stage III-IV ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving durvalumab in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel may be a better treatment for ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer.

Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian CancerFallopian Tube Carcinoma1 more

The purpose of this study is to define whether 6 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy can lead to a higher rate of complete cytoreductive surgery compared with 3 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer or primary peritoneal cancer.

TORC1/2 Inhibitor MLN0128 and Bevacizumab in Treating Patients With Recurrent Glioblastoma or Advanced...

Adult GlioblastomaEndometrial Clear Cell Adenocarcinoma22 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of raptor/rictor-mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) (TORC1/2) inhibitor MLN0128 when given in combination with bevacizumab in treating patients with glioblastoma, a type of brain tumor, or a solid tumor that has spread and not responded to standard treatment. TORC1/2 inhibitor MLN0128 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Bevacizumab may also stop the progression of tumors by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth.

Epacadostat Before Surgery in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Stage III-IV Epithelial Ovarian,...

Stage III Fallopian Tube Cancer AJCC v7Stage III Ovarian Cancer AJCC v6 and v713 more

This pilot Early Phase I clinical trial studies epacadostat before surgery in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage III-IV epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Epacadostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Efficacy and Safety

This is a randomized, multicenter, open, controlled Post-Marketing Study. 396 patients who were histopathology or exfoliated cell pathology of pleural and ascites confirmed with epithelial ovarian cancer/fallopian tube/peritoneal cancer were enrolled in this study. The subjects will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups at a 1: 1 ratio, and the stratification factors included: chemotherapy type (adjuvant chemotherapy/neoadjuvant chemotherapy), residual disease after surgery (>1cm, <1cm, no primary surgery), stage (Ic, II, III or IV), pathological typing, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (0 to 1 or 2), BRCA1/2 gene mutation.

A Study of PF-06873600 in People With Cancer

HR+ HER2- Metastatic Breast CancerOvarian Cancer4 more

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of study medicine (PF-06873600) when taken alone or with hormone therapy by people with cancer. People may be able to participate in this study if they have the following types of cancer: Hormone Receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer; Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer that is advanced or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body); triple negative breast cancer; epithelial ovarian cancer; fallopian tube cancer; or primary peritoneal cancer. All participants in this study will receive the study medicine by mouth, 1 to 2 times a day at home. The dose of the study medicine may be changed during the study. Some participants will also receive hormone therapy. The hormone therapy will be either letrozole by mouth once a day at home, or fulvestrant as a shot into the muscle. Fulvestrant will be given every two weeks at the study clinic for the first month, and then once a month after that. Participants will take part in this study for at least 7 to 8 months, depending on how they respond to the therapy. During this time participants will visit the study clinic once a week.

Ovarian Cancer

This is a phase III, randomized, double-blinded, comparative, multi-centre study to assess the efficacy of atezolizumab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy plus bevacizumab administered concurrent to chemotherapy and in maintenance, in patients presenting epithelial ovarian cancer (including patients with primary peritoneal and / or fallopian tube adenocarcinoma) who have platinum-sensitive relapse (platinum-free interval > 6 months).

Pembrolizumab in Combination With Bevacizumab and Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin in Patients With...

Ovarian Cancer

French multicenter, open-label, phase 1b, evaluating via the mTPI design the paired treatment of pembrolizumab and PLD (cohort A), pembrolizumab and bevacizumab (cohort B) and finally the combination treatment of the three drugs PLD plus bevacizumab and pembrolizumab (cohort C). Thanks to an expansion cohort C+ the ORR will be evaluated in a total of 19 patients at the RP2 D using an exact binomial one-step Fleming-type design. Cohort A and B will be opened for inclusions at the same time. Once safety of the dual combinations confirmed in cohorts A and B,cohort C will be opened for inclusions.
