Perillyl Alcohol Followed by Surgery in Treating Patients With Stage II or Stage III Pancreatic...
Pancreatic CancerRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may shrink the tumor so that it can be removed during surgery. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of perillyl alcohol followed by surgery in treating patients who have stage II or stage III pancreatic cancer.
Radiation Therapy Plus Gadolinium Texaphyrin in Treating Patients With Cancer of the Pancreas That...
Pancreatic CancerRATIONALE: Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Drugs such as gadolinium texaphyrin may make the tumor cells more sensitive to radiation therapy. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of gadolinium texaphyrin plus radiation therapy in treating patients who have cancer of the pancreas that cannot be removed by surgery.
Interleukin-12 and Trastuzumab in Treating Patients With Cancer That Has High Levels of HER2/Neu...
Advanced Adult Primary Liver CancerAnaplastic Thyroid Cancer125 moreInterleukin-12 may kill tumor cells by stopping blood flow to the tumor and by stimulating a person's white blood cells to kill cancer cells. Monoclonal antibodies such as trastuzumab can locate tumor cells and either kill them or deliver tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of interleukin-12 and trastuzumab in treating patients who have cancer that has high levels of HER2/neu and has not responded to previous therapy
Radiolabeled Monoclonal Antibody Therapy Plus Peripheral Stem Cell Transplantation in Treating Patients...
Colorectal CancerPancreatic CancerRATIONALE: Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies can locate tumor cells and deliver tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Peripheral stem cell transplantation may be able to replace immune cells that were destroyed by monoclonal antibody therapy used to kill tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase I/II trial to study the effectiveness of radiolabeled monoclonal antibody plus peripheral stem cell transplantation in treating patients who have metastatic or recurrent colorectal cancer or pancreatic cancer that has not responded to previous treatment.
A Study of ASN007 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
CancerMalignancy17 moreThe study is divided into two parts. The first part of the study will test various doses of ASN007 to find out the highest safe dose to test in five specific groups. The second part of the study will test how well ASN007 can control cancer.
Study of Gemcitabine, Nab-paclitaxel, and Ficlatuzumab (AV-299) in Patients With Advanced Pancreatic...
Pancreatic CancerTo identify the maximally tolerated dose of ficlatuzumab when combined with nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine in patients with previously untreated pancreatic cancer.
A Study of Cabiralizumab Given With Nivolumab With and Without Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced...
Advanced Pancreatic CancerThe purpose of this study is to determine whether an investigational immuno-therapy, cabiralizumab in combination with nivolumab, with or without chemotherapy, is effective for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.
Clinical Phase II Clinical Study Evaluating the Toxicity and Efficacy of mFOLFIRINOX Associated...
Cancer of PancreasUnresectable Pancreatic Cancer2 morePrimary goal: Improvement of the therapeutic index by reducing the toxicity of treatment and increasing local control of the cancer process while evaluating the possibility of conversion to the surgical status. Secondary targets: Survival rate (OS) assessment in patients treated with mFOLFIRINOX + SBRT Assessment of quality of life using questionnaires: EQ-5D, EORTC (QLQ-C30) and pancreatic cancer-specific QLQ PAS module 26 Early toxicity <3 months after completion of SBRT treatment. Percentage of local control (1-year)
Liposomal Irinotecan Plus 5-FU / LV Combined With Paricalcitol in Patients With Advanced Pancreatic...
Pancreatic CancerPancreas Cancer1 moreGiven the efficacy of nanoliposomal irinotecan as a second-line regimen in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), together with the favorable toxicity profile of paricalcitol and its interplay with irinotecan metabolism, the investigators propose a second-line pilot study in advanced PDAC that will enroll patients who have progressed on a gemcitabine-based regimen.
Endoscopic Ultrasound and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography for Malignant Distal Biliary...
Pancreatic CancerPancreatic Neoplasms1 moreThe purpose of this study is to compare the rates of adverse events between patients undergoing Endoscopic Ultrasound- guided biliary drainage and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography for distal malignant biliary obstruction.
