DC-CIK In Combination With Chemotherapy ( Gio / Oxaliplatin or Cisplatin ) Versus First-line Chemotherapy...
Gastric CancerThis study evaluates the therapeutic effects of autologous dendritic cells co-cultured with cytokine-induced killer cells (DC-CIK) combined with S-1 ((Tegafur, Gimeracil, and Oteracil Potassium) and oxaliplatin adjuvant chemotherapy in locally advanced unresectable or metastaticgastric cancer. Half of participants will receive DC-CIK combined with S-1 and oxaliplatin adjuvant chemotherapy, while the other half will receive S-1 and oxaliplatin adjuvant chemotherapy served as controls.

Gastric CancerThe purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of apatinib as maintenance therapy after first-line chemotherapy in Postoperative Recurrence / Metastasis Progressive Gastric Cancer.
Efficacy and Safety Study of ABI-007 Plus Capecitabine as First-line Chemotherapy for Advanced Gastric...
Gastric AdenocarcinomaGastric cancer remains one of the major causes of cancer deaths around the world, especially in Asia. For advanced gastric cancer, even if treated with chemotherapy, the prognosis is still poor, so the investigators urgently need an effective strategy to treat advanced gastric cancer, however, there was no recommended First-line chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Taxane is promising in gastric cancer. Nanoparticle Albumin-Bound (Nab) Paclitaxel (Abraxane,ABI-007) with high effectiveness and low toxicity had been approved in breast cancer as first-line chemotherapy in many countries. The investigator then initiated a prospective phase II clinical trial with Nab-Paclitaxel plus Capecitabine as the first-line treatment in advanced gastric cancer to observe the efficacy and safety.

Gastric CancerA study of Raltitrexed plus Docetaxel versus Docetaxel as second-line chemotherapy in subjects with Gastric Cancer. The purpose of this study is to compare the activity of Raltitrexed plus Docetaxel versus Docetaxel as second-line chemotherapy in subjects with gastric carcinoma by estimating progression free survival (PFS) in each treatment arm.

Malignant Neoplasm of Stomach Stage IIA single arm study: Apatinib plus paclitaxel as the reverses treatment in advanced gastric cancer which paclitaxel-resistant.
Fish Oil Supplementation in Gastrointestinal Cancer

Liver MetastasisGastric CancerObjectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PIK-HER2 cells in the treatment of advanced Her2 high expressed gastric cancer with liver metastasis patients. Methods: This study designs a novel therapy using PIK-HER2 cells. 40 Her2 positive patients with liver metastasis from gastric cancer will be enrolled. They are randomly divided into dendritic cell-precision multiple antigen T cells (DC-PMAT) group and PIK-HER2 cells group. Both DC-PMAT treatment and PIK-HER2 cells treatment will be performed every 3 weeks with a total of three periods. The mail clinical indicators are Progression-Free-Survival and Overall Survival.
Peri-operative Chemotherapy With ECX or XP in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer
Gastric CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and the effect of perioperative chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
Phase III Study to Compare Perioperative Chemotherapy of Oxaliplatin Combined With S-1(SOX) Versus...
Advanced Gastric CarcinomaPeri-operative treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer (LAGC) has always been argued by eastern and western scholars. For patients with clinical stage of cT4b/N+M0, or cT4aN+M0, the prognosis is rather poor, and the primary lesions might not be resectable at the time of diagnosis. MAGIC study has showed that pre-and post-operative chemotherapy with 3 cycles of ECF has increased 13% on 5yOS compared with surgery alone; However, eastern studies such as ACTS GC or CLASSIC showed that TS-1 monotherapy or XELOX (oxaliplatin/capecitabine) combination given as adjuvant chemotherapy for stage II or III patients after D2 surgery could achieve the significant survival benefit. So whether perioperative or post operative therapy is more beneficial for LAGC patients lacks of data supported by prospective study. So in this prospective randomized phase III study, the investigators aim to compare the survival benefit as well as the safety for SOX (oxaliplatin/TS-1) as perioperative therapy versus SOX or XELOX as postoperative therapy after D2 dissection.
