FIGO 2018 Stage IB2 Cervical Cancer Treated With Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Followed by Fertility...
Cervical CancerThis study will include patients with invasive cervical cancer that wish to keep their fertility as much as possible in the future after treatment. Patients who receive surgery alone may experience long-term side effects including infertility. The purpose of this research study is to determine whether giving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy prior to surgery can maintain fertility in patients with invasive cervical cancer. The neo-adjuvant chemotherapy will consist of a platinum-based chemotherapy drug cisplatin or carboplatin, with a chemotherapy drug called paclitaxel. These are common chemotherapy drugs used in the treatment of women with cervical cancers.
A Clinical Study to Explore the Efficacy and Safety of Tislelizumab in Combination With Bevacizumab...
Cervical CancerEfficacy and safety of Tislelizumab combined with Bevacizumab and chemotherapy in patients with persistent, recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer.
Pembrolizumab and Olaparib in Cervical Cancer Patients
Cervical CancerCervical CarcinomaThe study is a non-randomized, open-label phase II clinical trial to test the investigational combination of the drug pembrolizumab with the drug olaparib in patients diagnosed with advanced or recurrent cervical carcinoma after standard chemotherapy.
Laparoscopic or Abdominal Radical Hysterectomy for Cervical Cancer(Stage IB3,IIA2)
Cervical CancerThe purpose of this study is to confirm whether there is a difference between laparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH) and abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH) in patient survival for Cervical Cancer (Stage IB3, IIA2).
Clinical Response and Toxicity of Hypo-fractionated Chemoradiotherapy in Cervix Cancer
Cervix Uteri CancerUterine cervix cancer can be treated definitively with concurrent chemoradiation (external beam radiotherapy and chemotherapy) followed by high dose rate brachytherapy. Treatment duration can be shortened by increasing the dose per fraction of treatment which can reduce costs and patient exposure. The aim of our study is to determine the non-inferiority of hypofractionated radiotherapy compared with conventional treatment.
Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib in Advanced Cervical Cancer
Cervical CancerMetastatic Cervical CancerThis is a phase II trial of combination therapy of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in patients with locally advanced or metastatic cervical cancer that had failed first line of therapy. The hypothesis is the combination of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab will overcome vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-mediated immunosuppression to enhance the response of patients with locally advanced or metastatic cervical cancer.
Study of the SG001 Injection for Patients With Relapsed or Metastatic Uterine Cervical Cancer
Uterine Cervical CancerThis study is an open, single-arm, multicenter phase II study to investigate the efficacy and safety of SG001 for relapsed or metastatic uterine cervical cancer patients with PD-L1 positive (CPS≧1), and has failed at least first line platinum-based chemotherapy.
Personalized Neoantigen Peptide-Based Vaccine in Combination With Pembrolizumab for Treatment of...
Anatomic Stage III Breast Cancer AJCC v8Anatomic Stage IIIA Breast Cancer AJCC v8128 moreThis phase I trial tests the safety and tolerability of an experimental personalized vaccine when given by itself and with pembrolizumab in treating patients with solid tumor cancers that have spread to other places in the body (advanced). The experimental vaccine is designed target certain proteins (neoantigens) on individuals' tumor cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving the personalized neoantigen peptide-based vaccine with pembrolizumab may be safe and effective in treating patients with advanced solid tumors.
Clinical Study of Indocyanine Green Displaying Pelvic Nerve in Radical Operation of Cervical Cancer...
Cervical CarcinomaIndocyanine green was injected intravenously into patients with cervical cancer before operation. The nerve development was observed by infrared imaging system during operation, which was used as the basis for nerve preserving operation of type C cervical cancer. The recovery of bladder function was observed.
Combination Therapy for First Line Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer
Advanced Cervical CancerThis is a single center phase 1 trail to observe safety and efficacy of Paclitaxel plus Cisplatin\Carboplatin, PD-L1 antibody Toripalimab and Anlotinib as first-line regimen to treat the patient with metastatic 、persistent or recurrent disease after radical surgery、radical platinum-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy or both (Stage IA-IVA).
