Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase-positive Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This randomized, multicenter, Phase III, open-label study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of alectinib versus crizotinib and to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of alectinib in asian participants with treatment-naive ALK-positive advanced NSCLC. Participants will be randomized 2:1 into one of the two treatment groups to receive either alectinib (600 milligrams [mg] twice daily [BID]) or crizotinib (250 mg BID) orally, respectively.

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This randomized, active controlled, multicenter phase III open-label study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of alectinib compared with crizotinib treatment in participants with treatment-naive anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive (ALK-positive) advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either alectinib, 600 milligrams (mg) orally twice daily (BID), or crizotinib, 250 mg orally BID. Participants will receive treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or death. The study is expected to last approximately 144 months.

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Metastatic

Open label multicentric randomized phase II trial, using high throughput genome analysis as a therapeutic decision tool, aimed at comparing a targeted treatment administered according to the identified molecular anomalies of the tumor with a standard treatment (pemetrexed in Non-squamous patients and erlotinib in squamous cells, targeted substudy 1) as well as immunotherapy with maintenance therapy in patients without actionable genomic alterations or non eligible to substudy 1 (immune substudy 2).

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) vs Placebo for Participants With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer After...

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

In this study, participants with Stage IB/II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have undergone surgical resection (lobectomy or pneumonectomy) with or without adjuvant chemotherapy will be treated with pembrolizumab or placebo. The primary study hypothesis is that pembrolizumab will provide improved disease-free survival (DFS) versus placebo.

Trial of BMS-986012 in Combination With Platinum and Etoposide

Small Cell Lung Cancer

The purpose of this this study is to administer BMS-986012 in Combination with Platinum and Etoposide as First-line Therapy in Extensive Small Cell Lung Cancer.

PROspective Trial on EOsinophilia in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This prospective study will examine eosinophils in various biological materials to compare the detection in those materials and ascertain the prognostic and predictive role of eosinophils in untreated non-small cell lung cancer patient.

Reducing the Incidence of Symptomatic Brain Metastases With MRI Surveillance

Brain MetastasesNonsmall Cell Lung Cancer Stage III

The purpose of this research is to see if monitoring the brain using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after radiation therapy will allow investigators to find cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastases) before it causes symptoms.

Injection of 99mTc-nanocolloid and ICG to Identify, Retrieve and Qualify TDLN in Early-stage NSCLC...

Early-stage Lung Cancer

The patient wil receive intra- or peritumoral injections of 99mTc-nanocolloid if malignancy is found during a navigation bronchoscopy. A SPECT/CT-scan will be made to image injections sites and sentinel lymph nodes (SLN). If surgery takes place to treat the lung cancer, ICG will be injected and fluorescent lymph nodes will be extensively assessed by a pathologist.

Lung CancerLung Cancer Metastatic2 more

This study investigates fluorine-18-AlphaVBeta6-BP ([18F]-αvβ6-BP) as a Positron Emission (PET) imaging agent in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients with brain metastases. Investigators hypothesize that [18F]-αvβ6-BP PET/Computed Tomography (CT) is a sensitive tool for disease assessment in patients with metastatic NSCLC, including those with brain metastases.

Study Comparing Bevacizumab + Erlotinib vs Erlotinib Alone as First Line Treatment of Patients With...

Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

The purpose of this study is to test whether the combination of bevacizumab and erlotinib can prolong progression free survival as compared with erlotinib alone as first-line treatment in patients with non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with activating mutation of EGFR.
