Pancreatic CancerThis is a phase 1b/2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of metronomic combination therapy in subjects with pancreatic cancer who have progressed on or after previous SoC chemotherapy. Phase 2 will be based on Simon's two-stage optimal design.
A Study to Assess Clinical an Patient Reported Outcomes With Nab-paclitaxel in Combination With...
Pancreatic NeoplasmsThe objective of the study is to prospectively assess the use and treatment outcomes of nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma in the Netherlands. Additional objectives are to monitor the incidence and reversibility of neuropathy during treatment, to assess the patient's Quality of life when treated with nab-paclitaxel/gemcitabine and to evaluate the use of resources that come with treating metastatic pancreatic cancer.
Decitabine Combined With Gemcitabine in First-line Treatment of AdvancedPancreatic Cancer
Pancreatic CancerThe purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of very low dose decitabine combinate with gemcitabine in the first-line treatment of locally advanced, unresectable and metastatic pancreatic cancer.
Italian Multicenter Study Comparing FOLFOXIRI Versus Gemcitabine as Adjuvant Treatment for Resected...
Pancreatic CancerPatients with resected pancreatic cancer who fulfill the selection criteria will be randomized to receive one of the two treatment arms for a period of 6 months: Gemcitabine, the standard arm, or FOLFOXIRI (the combination of 5-Fluorouracil/Folinic Acid, Oxaliplatin and Irinotecan), the experimental arm. A total of 310 patients will be enrolled in about 50 Italian centers.
A Study of Nimotuzumab Combinated With Gemcitabine in K-RAS Wild-type Locally Advanced and Metastatic...
Pancreatic CancerNimotuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody against epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Clinical trials are ongoing globally to evaluate Nimotuzumab in different indications. Nimotuzumab has been approved to treat squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck (SCCHN), glioma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma in different countries. The clinical phase Ⅲ trial designed to assess overall survival(OS)of the combination of Nimotuzumab administered concurrently with Gemcitabine in patients with RAS wild type of locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer
Study of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy for Patients After Radical Resection of Pancreatic...
Pancreatic CancerPancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest tumor types of the alimentary system. Resection is the only curable method to treat pancreatic cancer. However, even if radical resection is achieved, the 5-year survival rate is still low because of tumor recurrence. It's reported adjuvant radiation can prolong survival and improve quality of life after surgery. For R0 (microscopic negative margin) resection patients with advanced stages (T3 or N1), the value of adjuvant radiation is still in debate. It's warranted to explore the role of adjuvant radiation for patients after radical resection of pancreatic cancer with advanced stages (T3 or N1) in large, prospective, and randomized cohorts. The application of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) makes radiation less harmful and more flexible. It is hoped that adjuvant SBRT may benefit post-operative patients with advanced stages and one day adjuvant SBRT combined with chemotherapy become the standard of care for pancreatic cancer patients.

Colorectal NeoplasmsGastrointestinal Neoplasms3 moreThis is a multi-center open-label proof-of-concept study consisting of two parts: PART A - a phase I dose-finding study (3 + 3 classical design) evaluating the RP2D of afatinib in combination with selumetinib in KRASm NSCLC; and PART B - a randomized phase II study investigating the progression free survival and safety of selumetinib/afatinib combination therapy compared to standard of care chemotherapy in KRASm NSCLC.
Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of CAR-T in the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer.
Pancreatic CancerCARImmunotherapy has become the major breakthrough and the most promising treatment, with the host of development of tumor biology, molecular biology and immunology. It has become the fourth tumor treatment model after traditional tumor therapies (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy) . Mesothelin, PSCA, CEA, HER2, MUC1 and EGFRvIII are potential targets and spectacular paradigm in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. This study is for evaluation of the safety and efficacy of Mesothelin, PSCA, CEA, HER2, MUC1, EGFRvIII targeted and other CAR-T cell immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer.
A Randomized Phase II Open Label Study to Compare the Safety and Efficacy of Subcutaneous Dalteparin...
Cancer-associated ThrombosisEsophageal Cancer9 moreThis is an open label, multi-center, and randomized phase II trial designed to compare the safety and efficacy of direct oral anticoagulants and subcutaneous dalteparin in patients with acute venous thromboembolism and upper gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, or pancreatic cancer, based on a group sequential design. Enrolled patients will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio. Patients will be stratified by performance status, type of cancer, chemotherapy and medical centers.
