RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. It is not yet known whether gemcitabine is more effective with or without oxaliplatin in treating pancreatic adenocarcinoma. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying gemcitabine and oxaliplatin to see how well they work compared to gemcitabine alone in treating patients with locally advanced or metastatic unresectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

This study is a Phase I/II study. In Phase I of this study, the objective is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of combination therapy with Aroplatin and gemcitabine (Gemzar®) in subjects with unresectable, locally advanced and/or metastatic pancreatic cancer. In Phase II, the primary objective is to evaluate survival after therapy with Aroplatin and gemcitabine at the identified MTD in subjects with unresectable, locally advanced and/or metastatic pancreatic cancer. Secondary objectives are to evaluate the severity and quantity of adverse events and determine the proportion of non-progressors and the progression-free interval.

Combining chemotherapy with radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells left after surgery. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining fluorouracil and radiation therapy in treating patients who have undergone surgery for pancreatic cancer.

This study is a single center, open-label, non-comparative, phase I/II clinical trial to assess the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), safety and efficacy of BEY1107 in monotherapy and in combination with gemcitabine in patient With locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer.

This is a phase 1b/2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of metronomic combination therapy in subjects with pancreatic cancer who have progressed on or after previous Standard of Care (SoC) chemotherapy.

Studies have shown that injecting local anesthetics in areas rich in blood vessels increases the risk of drug injection into blood vessels by mistake and increases the systemic absorption of drugs, which may increase the incidence of central nervous system and cardiovascular system toxic events caused by local anesthetics.EUS-CPN-related complications have not been clearly associated with local anesthetic adverse events.However, EUS-CPN local anesthetic injection area is located around the beginning of the abdominal trunk with abundant large and small blood vessels. The choice of local anesthetics with higher safety than bupivacaine, such as ropivacaine, is of great significance to ensure the safety of eus-cpn, especially for eus-cpn beginners.At present, there are no reports on the application of ropivacaine in eus-cpn.

The latest guidelines recommend Gemcitabine plus Capecitabine as the first choice of adjuvant chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer patients in good physical condition. In order to prolong the survival of patients and improve the cure rate, metronomic chemotherapy with capecitabine is a safe, effective and economical treatment mode after adjuvant chemotherapy. This study is trying to determine that compared with observation group, if capecitabine metronomic medication is a better choice after adjuvant chemotherapy.

The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy, safety, and survival benefit of etoposide plus cisplatin and irinotecan plus cisplatin in first-line therapy of non-primary pancreatic metastatic and/or unresectable gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor G3 type. In addition, the investigators will explore the resistance mechanisms of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor G3, and screen out biomarkers that can predict the efficacy of chemotherapy.

ROBO1 is a potential target and spectacular paradigm in the treatment of solid tumors. This study is for evaluation of the safety and efficacy of ROBO1 CAR-NK cell immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer.
