The Accuracy of Modified TTMB in the Spatial Distribution of Prostate Cancer
Prostate CancerInvestigators plan to use modified TTMB technology to puncture prostate of participants suspected prostate cancer, especially those with the first negative biopsy , but having a rising PSA.Then, Investigators will simulate the spatial distribution of prostate cancer in patients with positive biopsy before radical prostatectomy by way of the TPS software system . And after the radical prostatectomy ,Investigators will simulate the spatial distribution with the help of large tissue slice technique to compare with preoperative simulation ,which to verify the two simulations are consistent.

Comparison of PSMA-based 18F-DCFPyL PET/CT to Conventional Imaging in the Evaluation of Patients...
Prostate CancerWe intend to validate 18F-DCFPyL for imaging patients with metastatic, castrate-resistant PCa (CRPC), so that it may be used to full advantage in supporting existing and emerging therapies for a spectrum of patients suffering from PCa. In this study we will image patients with CRPC undergoing second-line anti-androgen therapy (enzalutamide or abiraterone) using 18F-DCFPyL-PET/CT for detection of metastases and therapeutic monitoring, with correlation to standard-of-care conventional imaging modalities (CIM) (CT, bone scan) and clinical follow-up.
Irish Programme for Stratified Prostate Cancer Therapy
Prostate CancerThe purpose of the trial is to investigate new clinical tests that could predict what treatments work best for certain patients with advanced prostate cancer by identifying markers and indicators present in blood and tissue which correlate with treatment response.

Osteoporosis Among Men Treated With Androgen Deprivation for Prostate Cancer
Prostate CancerAndrogen Deprivation Therapy1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine the rate of osteoporosis among patients with advanced prostate cancer. to propose an algorithm for early detection of patients with advanced prostate cancer who are at risk of developing osteoporosis.
Prostate Cancer Localization With a Multiparametric Magnetic Resonance (MR) Approach
Prostate CancerThe primary objective of this prospective multi-centre study is to prove the diagnostic accuracy of in vivo 3T multi-modality Magnetic Resonance Imaging (high resolution T2-weighted MRI, DCE-MRI, MRSI and DWI techniques) in distinguishing carcinoma from other prostate tissue. The gold standard for distinguishing the tissue types is the analysis of whole-mount sections of the resected prostate by a genitourinary histopathologist.
Casodex 150-mg Compassionate Use Trial for Subjects With Prostate Cancer
Adenocarcinoma of the ProstateThis study provides compassionate use of bicalutamide (Casodex) at a 150-mg dose for subjects with prostate cancer prior to it becoming commercially available. The patient will receive bicalutamide 150-mg as long as the physician feels that the subject is benefiting from this therapy and safety information is provided regularly to AstraZeneca. Treatment will be discontinued after bicalutamide 150-mg becomes commercially available.
