Amivantamab in Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma
Salivary Gland CancerThe purpose of the study is to determine if treatment with amivantamab will be efficacious in patients with recurrent and metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma.
Neoadjuvant Sintilimab in Combination With Carboplatin and Nab-paclitaxel in Untreated Salivary...
Salivary Gland Malignant NeoplasmsSalivary Gland TumorsThis proposed study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of preoperative administration Sintilimab combined with nab-paclitaxel and carboplatin in salivary gland malignant neoplasms who are about to undergo surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as Sintilimab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial will be helpful for comprehensive exploratory characterization of tumor immune microenvironment and circulating immune cells in these patients.
Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (MK-3475-158/KEYNOTE-158)...
Advanced CancerAnal Carcinoma23 moreIn this study, participants with multiple types of advanced (unresectable and/or metastatic) solid tumors who have progressed on standard of care therapy will be treated with pembrolizumab (MK-3475).
Physiologic MR Imaging of Salivary Gland Tumors
Salivary Gland TumorThe goal of this study is to use advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) techniques to help identify the difference between cancerous and non-cancerous salivary gland tumors for improving treatment strategies and to aid in the prediction of disease progression.
PSMA-PET Imaging Before and After ADT in Advanced SDC Patients
Salivary Gland CancerSalivary Duct CarcinomaExplorative study, which evaluates the effect of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) on the PSMA ligand uptake on 68Ga-PSMA-PET/CT in salivary duct carcinoma patients.
Association Between Health Care Provider (HCP)-Assessed ECOG Performance Status (PS) and Overall...
Malignant Head and Neck NeoplasmMalignant Neoplasm46 moreThe main goal of this phase of the study is to determine if objectively assessed Physical Activity (PA) levels in advanced-cancer patients are associated with health care provider (HCP)-assessed ECOG performance status and overall survival. The purpose is to advance the evidence-base for incorporating objective assessment of Physical Activity (PA) in the context of performance status assessment in advanced cancer patients.
Basket Study of Entrectinib (RXDX-101) for the Treatment of Patients With Solid Tumors Harboring...
Breast CancerCholangiocarcinoma16 moreThis is an open-label, multicenter, global Phase 2 basket study of entrectinib (RXDX-101) for the treatment of patients with solid tumors that harbor an NTRK1/2/3, ROS1, or ALK gene fusion. Patients will be assigned to different baskets according to tumor type and gene fusion.

Prostatic NeoplasmsCastration-Resistant18 moreAn open-label, multi-center, single and cyclic ascending dose study of P-PSMA-101 autologous CAR-T cells in patients with mCRPC and SGC.
Darolutamide in Patients With Androgen Receptor-Positive Salivary Gland Carcinoma (DISCOVARY)
Salivary Gland CancerThis study is an open-label phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Darolutamide monotherapy in patients with androgen receptor-positive salivary gland carcinoma. Moreover, this study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of Darolutamide and Goserelin combination in patients with androgen receptor-positive salivary gland carcinoma.
Paclitaxel Albumin-Stabilized Nanoparticle Formulation and Carboplatin Followed By Chemoradiation...
Recurrent Salivary Gland CancerRecurrent Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Hypopharynx9 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation when given together with carboplatin followed by chemoradiation in treating patients with recurrent head and neck cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, carboplatin, fluorouracil, and hydroxyurea, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Giving paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation followed by chemoradiation therapy may be an effective treatment for head and neck cancer.
