A Basket Study of Customized Autologous TCR-T Cell Therapies in Patients With Locally Advanced (Unresectable)...
Head and Neck CancerCervical Cancer19 moreTScan Therapeutics is developing cellular therapies across multiple solid tumors in which autologous participant-derived T cells are engineered to express a T cell receptor that recognizes cancer-associated antigens presented on specific Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) molecules. This is a multi-center, non-randomized, multi-arm, open-label, basket study evaluating the safety and preliminary efficacy of single and repeat dose regimens of TCR'Ts as monotherapies and as T-Plex combinations after lymphodepleting chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced, metastatic solid tumors disease.
E7 T-cell Receptor (TCR) -T Cell Induction Therapy for Locoregionally Advanced HPV-associated Cancers...
HPV-Associated Cervical CarcinomaHPV-Related Carcinoma15 moreThe goal of this study is to determine the feasibility of administration of a single dose of E7 TCR-T cells as induction therapy prior to definitive treatment (chemoradiation or surgery) of locoregionally advanced HPV-associated cancers. The intent of E7 TCR-T cell treatment is to shrink or eliminate tumors and thereby facilitate definitive therapy and increase overall survival. This study seeks to determine 1) if E7 TCR-T cell can be administered without undue delay in definitive treatment, 2) the tumor response rate to E7 TCR-T cell treatment, 3) and the disease-free survival rate at 2 and 5 years. Participants will undergo an apheresis procedure to obtain T cells that will be genetically engineered to generate E7 TCR-T cells. They will receive a conditioning regimen, a single infusion of their own E7 TCR-T cells, and adjuvant aldesleukin. Participants will follow up to assess safety and determine tumor response and will return to their primary oncology team for definitive therapy.
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Circulating Tumor DNA (ctDNA) in Cervical Cancer
Cervical Adenosquamous CarcinomaCervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma26 moreThis study collects blood samples to determine if the DNA of HPV that causes cervical cancer can be detected in patients with cervical cancer that is new (primary), has come back (recurrent), or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and are undergoing treatment with surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and/or immunotherapy. Researchers may use this information to predict response (good or bad) of the cervical cancer to treatment and detect recurrent cancer sooner.
Almonertinib Versus Paclitaxel Plus Carboplatin as First-line Treatment in Patients With EGFR Mutation...
Pulmonary Adenosquamous CarcinomaThis is a multicenter, randomized, controlled, phase II study.
PARa-aOrtic LymphAdenectomy in Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer
Cervical CarcinomaAdenocarcinoma1 moreThis is an international, multicenter and randomized open-label phase III study designed to demonstrate, in patients with stage IIIC1 cervical cancer, whether para-aortic lymphadenectomy followed by tailored chemoradiation is associated with increased disease-free survival compared to patients staged with FDG-PET/CT only followed by chemoradiation. The planned sample size is 510; including 200 patients in France. In this trial, patients will be assigned in one of the two following treatments arms: Arm A (control arm): Standard chemo-radiotherapy and brachytherapy according to EMBRACE II and ESGO/ESTRO recommendations. Arm B (experimental arm): Pretherapeutic para-aortic lymphadenectomy followed by tailored chemo-radiotherapy and brachytherapy. Each patient will be followed up for 5 years.
Studying the Physical Function and Quality of Life Before and After Surgery in Patients With Stage...
Cervical AdenocarcinomaCervical Adenosquamous Carcinoma5 moreThis clinical trial studies the physical function and quality-of-life before and after surgery in patients with stage I cervical cancer. Studying quality-of-life in patients undergoing surgery for cervical cancer may help determine the intermediate-term and long-term effects of surgery.
Trial Of CP-751, 871 And Erlotinib In Refractory Lung Cancer
CarcinomaLarge Cell6 moreThe objective of this study is to test a clinical benefit of the addition of CP 751,871 to erlotinib therapy in patients with advanced NSCLC of non adenocarcinoma histology. The primary endpoint is Overall Survival (OS).
Carboplatin And Paclitaxel With Or Without CP-751, 871 (An IGF-1R Inhibitor) For Advanced NSCLC...
CarcinomaSquamous Cell6 moreDetermine whether the addition of CP- 751,871 in combination with paclitaxel plus carboplatin prolongs survival in patients with locally advanced (Stage IIIB with pleural effusion) or metastatic (Stage IV or recurrent) NSCLC of non adenocarcinoma histology.
Cisplatin and Radiation Therapy With or Without Tirapazamine in Treating Patients With Cervical...
Cervical AdenocarcinomaCervical Adenosquamous Cell Carcinoma6 moreThis randomized phase III trial is studying cisplatin, radiation therapy, and tirapazamine to see how well they work compared to cisplatin and radiation therapy in treating patients with cervical cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin and tirapazamine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Internal radiation uses radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor to kill tumor cells. Cisplatin and tirapazamine may make tumor cells more sensitive to radiation therapy. It is not yet known whether giving cisplatin together with radiation therapy is more effective with or without tirapazamine in treating cervical cancer.
