Chemotherapy is still the standard first-line treatment option for EGFR unmutated patients. After a randomized phase Ⅲ trial, BEYOND was presented the synergistic effect of progression-free survival(PFS) could be expected when chemotherapy is combined with Antiangiogenesis agent bevacizumab in China;Therefore,in this study, The investigators will investigate the efficacy and safety of Anlotinb combined With Pemetrexed and Cisplatin as first-line therapy in patients with chemotherapy-naive, stage IIIB or IV, non-squamous NSCLC without targetable EGFR or ALK genetic aberrations.

This study is for patients with EFGR gene sensitive mutations diagnosed by pathology or cytology, having a course of chest radiotherapy treatment and molecular Target Therapy for the treatment of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer have a risk of the tumour in the lung recurring or progressing after treatment. In this study, the investigators aim to verify the following hypothesis: whether in combination with concurrent or concomitant EGFR-TKI regimen chemotherapy, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy can reduce the risk of the tumour in the lung recurring or progressing similarily. Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy concomitant with EGFR-TKI has a better normal tissue dose/volume tolerance than concurrent regimen. the survival can be improved by using this new molecular Target-radiotherapy method.

Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is a highly specific and effective biomarker for the detection of EGFR mutation status. We hypothesise AZD9291 is efficacious in patients with EGFR sensitizing mutations and T790M detected in plasma ctDNA. This is a prospective, open label, multi-centre single arm phase II study assessing the efficacy and safety of AZD9291 monotherapy in patients with stage IIIB or IV harboring sensitising EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations) and T790M who have progressed following prior treatment with an approved EGFR TKI. Approximately 106 subjects will be enrolled. All patients must have documented radiological progression on EGFR-TKI treatment and on the last treatment administered prior to enrolling in the study.

Clinical Study of Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Combined With Chemotherapy

This study evaluates the effect of the serum level of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Malondialdehyde (MDA), pro-inflammatory factors, stress hormones and Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX)in tumor patients with the treatment of Ganoderma lucidum spore based combination chemotherapy. Half of participants will receive Ganoderma lucidum spore and chemotherapy in combination, and the other half will receive a placebo and chemotherapy. Study design: Phase 2. Experimental: Ganoderma lucidum spore & Chemotherapy; Placebo Comparator: Placebo & Chemotherapy. Outcome Measure: The life quality of participants was assessed with use of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General (FACT-G) questionnaire at the initial diagnosis (baseline) and at 42 days after the treatment; Investigators assessed Procedural mortality factor ligand 1(PD-L1)expression prospectively on tumour cells and tumour-infiltrating immune cells with the VENTANA PD-L1 immunohistochemistry assay; National Cancer Institute Common Toxicity Criteria. Statistical analysis: All experiment results were analyzed with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software (version 16.0). Data are presented as mean±standard deviation and analysed by one-way ANOVA. Semi-quantitative data were compared using the Kruskal- Wallis nonparametric analysis. The results were considered statistically significant at P<0.05.

Pembrolizumab + CVA21 in Advanced NSCLC

This will be a Phase Ib open-label trial of CAVATAK™ (CVA21) in combination with Pembrolizumab for the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC. The dose of Pembrolizumab will be fixed at 200mg. Three cohorts (dose levels) of intravenously-delivered CVA21 will be explored, using a standard 3+3 patient dose escalation design. The starting dose of CVA21 will be one log below the 1 x 10^9 TCID50 dose found to be safe when CVA21 was given alone in an ongoing Phase I study (NCT02043665).

RET fusions are present in 1% to 2% of unselected population of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Existing US Food and Drug Administration-approved inhibitors of RET tyrosine kinase show promising therapeutic effects in a non-small cell lung cancer patients. Apatinib is an oral multi-kinase inhibitors including RET fusions. This study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Apatinib in patients with RET fusion positive advanced NSCLC.

The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of intercalated combination of erlotinib and radiotherapy for patients with EGFR-mutant, unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC, and to explore a new treatment strategy for this subset. After Induction by erlotinib, local radiotherapy is intercalated, and followed by 24-week erlotinib maintenance.

TCR-T cell therapy experienced a breakthrough for treating tumors in recent years. Phase I / II trial of NY-ESO-1-specific TCR-T treatment for synovial sarcoma and melanoma conducted by the Rosenberg team at the National Cancer Institute showed that 61% Synovial cell sarcoma and 55% melanoma had therapeutic responses. Another report of a phase I / II clinical trial for multiple myeloma showed that 20 patients received high affinity anti-NY-ESO-1 and LAGE-1 specific TCR-T treatment, 16 of them (80%) had the average progression-free survival of 19.1 months with minor side effect. These achievements indicate that TCR-T cell therapy can target a variety of tumors including solid tumors without any severe side effects found in CAR-T trials. This study is mainly focused on tumor testis antigen (Cancer-Testis Antigen), because it is not expressed in normal cells. NY-ESO-1 antigen is commonly expressed in 10-50% of melanoma, lung, liver, esophageal, breast, prostate, bladder, thyroid and ovarian cancer cases, 60% of multiple myeloma cases, and 70-80% of synovial cell sarcoma. Approximately 700,000 new cases of lung cancer are identified each year in China, 70% of them die within one to two years after diagnosis due to the lack of effective treatment. To address that unmet needs, our TCR-T treatment targets non-small cell lung cancer with NY-ESO-1 antigen expression. This study will investigate the safety and tolerability of TAEST16001 (TAEST: TCR Affinity Enhancing Specific T cell Therapy, autologous T cells transduced with affinity enhanced NY-ESO-1 TCR) cell therapy in subjects with NSCLC who have received prior therapy for their disease but their disease has progressed or relapsed.
