Efficacy and Safety of Anlotinib as Maintenance Treatment After First-line Chemotherapy in SCLC...
CarcinomaLung Neoplasm1 moreInvestigations prospectively collected the SCLC patients who received current standard first-line treatment, the response was not progression disease(PD). and then participants receive Anlotinib 12mg, administered as PO on Day1-14 of each 21-day cycle until documented PD or had unacceptable toxicity. This regimen is compared to the effects a observation without treatment after the first-line therapy. The aim of the study is therefore to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Anlotinib as maintenance treatment after first-line chemotherapy in SCLC patients.
Etoposide Plus Lobaplatin Versus Etoposide Plus Cisplatin for Patients With Limited Small-cell Lung...
Small-cell Lung CancerThis randomized phase II study compare survival outcomes and toxicity of two chemotherapy regimens (etoposide plus lobaplatin or etoposide plus cisplatin) in combination with concurrent thoracic radiation therapy (TRT) for limited stage small cell lung cancer.
Study of Small Doses of Etoposide as Maintenance Treatment in Small Cell Lung Cancer(SCLC)
Small Cell Lung Cancer Extensive StagePatients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer receive six cycles of chemotherapy(etoposide plus platinum) as first-line treatment, who achieve Complete Response(CR)/Partial Response(PR) will accept small doses of etoposide as maintenance treatment. The objective of this study is to evaluate the progression free survival, overall survival, objective response rate, disease control rate and safety of etoposide as maintenance therapy. Based on previous studies on maintenance therapy in small cell lung cancer, the hypothesis of this study is maintenance therapy using etoposide may improve progression free survival, overall survival for selected patients. The investigators will use the peripheral blood to assess circulating tumor cell and cell-free DNA,which may help us to screen a subgroup of patients with better response to etoposide maintenance therapy.
The Efficacy and Safety of Nab-paclitaxel in Pretreated Patients With Extensive Disease of Small...
Small Cell Lung CancerPatients with extensive disease(ED) small cell lung cancer is still have a dismal prognosis, even though the first line chemotherapy showing about 70% response rate. Most of the patients will relapse with in 6 months after the chemotherapy and the following therapy such as second line chemotherapy have a very limited efficacy to these patients. Currently, there is no standard 3rd line therapy for the patients with ED small cell lung cancer(SCLC). As the investigators know, Nab-paclitaxel had showing promising efficacy in several cases report in the patients with SCLC, the aim of this clinical trial is to investigate the efficacy and safety of nab-paclitaxel as a single agent in the SCLC patients with extensive disease and failed to first line/ second line chemotherapy.
Study of Carfilzomib With Irinotecan in Irinotecan-Sensitive Malignancies and Small Cell Lung Cancer...
Small Cell Lung CarcinomaNon Small Cell Lung Carcinoma1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine a well-tolerated dose of Carfilzomib in combination with Irinotecan (Phase 1b portion of the study) in subjects with relapsed small and non-small cell lung cancer or other irinotecan-sensitive cancers and to assess the 6 month survival of relapsed small cell lung cancer patients treated with this combination therapy. **The Phase 1b portion of the study is now complete**. Phase 2 portion of the study. The safest, maximally tolerated dose established as established in Phase 1 for Phase 2 is as follows -- Carfilzomib will be provided at 20/36 mg/m2 with Irinotecan dosed at 125 mg/m2. The purpose of the Phase 2 portion of the study is to assess 6 month survival of relapsed small cell lung cancer ins subjects treated with this combination therapy.
A Phase Ib/II Trial of Belotecan and Ifosfamide in Patients With Extensive Disease of Small Cell...
Small Cell Lung CancerPhase 1 : To evaluate MTD(Maximal tolerated dose)and DLT(Dose limiting Toxicity) of Belotecan and Ifosfamide. Phase 2 : To analyse efficacy and toxicity of Belotecan and Ifosfamide.
Two Different Dosages of Irinotecan Combined With Cisplatin Scheme in Extensive Disease-Small Cell...
Small Cell Lung CarcinomaAs the gene polymorphism of uridine diphosphate glucuronosyl transferase 1A1(UGT1A1)is related to the side effect of diarrhea induced by irinotecan. UGT1A1 gene *28 (6/6 and 6/7) and *6 (G/G and G/A) is related to low probability of diarrhea and UGT1A1 gene *28 (7/7) and *6 (A/A)is related to high probability of diarrhea. The purpose of this study is to find out the efficacy and side effect between two different dosages of irinotecan combined with cisplatin scheme in extensive disease-small cell lung cancer with UGT1A1 gene *28 (6/6 and 6/7)and *6 (G/G and G/A), based on the hypothesis that the UGT1A1 gene *28 (7/7) and *6 (A/A)is few in the Chinese population and increasing the dose of irinotecan can improve the efficacy without increasing the side effect in the patients with UGT1A1 gene *28 (6/6 and 6/7)*6 (G/G and G/A).
Topotecan Plus Apatinib Versus Topotecan Alone as Second-line Therapy in Small-cell Lung Cancer...
Small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to determine whether topotecan plus apatinib are superior to topotecan alone as second-line therapy in small-cell lung cancer.
Toripalimab in Combination With Platinum Plus Etoposidein Patients With Extensive-Stage Small Cell...
Small Cell Lung CancerThis is a phase III, multicenter, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study of platinum(Cisplatin or Carboplatin) plus etoposide with or without toripalimab as first Line therapy in patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of toriplimab in combination with platinum(Cisplatin or Carboplatin) plus etoposide in treatment naive extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Participants will receive asigned study treatment until progressive disease (PD) as assessed by the investigator using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1).
CM082 and JS001 in Patients With Advanced Small-cell Lung Cancer (SCLC)
Small Cell Lung CancerThis study was a single-arm, multi-center, phase II study, which is aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CM082 combined with JS001 as the second-line treatment of advanced small cell lung cancer. Eligible patients will receive CM082 tablets 150mg once daily orally in combination with JS001 (240mg, intravenously) every 21 days. Treatment continues until disease progresses , intolerable toxicity, or withdraw.
