A Phase 3 Study of UGN-102 for Low Grade Intermediate Risk Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

Bladder CancerUrothelial Carcinoma1 more

This is a global, randomized, controlled, open-label Phase 3 study designed to assess the long-term efficacy and safety of UGN-102 (mitomycin) for intravesical solution with or without (±) transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT) versus TURBT alone for the treatment of patients with low grade intermediate risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (LG IR NMIBC).

DN24-02 as Adjuvant Therapy in Subjects With High Risk HER2+ Urothelial Carcinoma

Urothelial Carcinoma

This study was conducted to examine survival, disease-free survival, safety, and the magnitude of the immune response induced following administration of DN24-02 in subjects with HER2+ urothelial carcinoma.

Efficacy Study of Recombinant Adenovirus for Non Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

Transitional Cell CarcinomaBladder Cancer2 more

The use of a designed viral vector that can destroy cancer cells while leaving normal cells largely unharmed. The virus also stimulates an immunological response by producing a special factor (GM-CSF) to attract and promote the development of dendritic and T effector cells. It forms the hypothesis that this regimen may be used for people who have failed current forms of treatment and are recommended for cystectomy. It is with hope that this novel therapy will be able to delay or potentially avoid cystectomy for this patient population. Bladder instillation of this agent causes little long lasting side effects and may drastically improve the stimulation of the immune system for local cancer cell death as well as destroying those tumor cells that may have travelled to regional lymph nodes or distant organs.

Pemigatinib + Pembrolizumab vs Pemigatinib Alone vs Standard of Care for Urothelial Carcinoma (FIGHT-205)...

Metastatic Urothelial CarcinomaUnresectable Urothelial Carcinoma

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pemigatinib plus pembrolizumab or pemigatinib alone versus the standard of care for participants with metastatic or unresectable urothelial carcinoma who are not eligible to receive cisplatin, are harboring FGFR3 mutation or rearrangement, and who have not received prior treatment.

Durvalumab and Standard Chemotherapy Before Surgery in Treating Patients With Variant Histology...

Bladder AdenocarcinomaBladder Mixed Adenocarcinoma14 more

This phase II trial studies the side effects of durvalumab and chemotherapy before surgery in treating patients with variant histology bladder cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin, cisplatin, gemcitabine, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving durvalumab in addition to standard chemotherapy may lead to better outcomes in patients with variant histology bladder cancer.

Trial of Atezolizumab Plus Chemotherapy After Progression on PD-1 or PD-L1 in Cisplatin-ineligible...

Urothelial Carcinoma

This is a single arm phase II study assessing the activity of atezolizumab in combination with carboplatin + gemcitabine or docetaxel compared to historical controls of chemotherapy only in metastatic or recurrent urothelial carcinoma subjects. Subjects that received a PD 1 or PD-L1 inhibitor with no prior platinum chemotherapy for metastatic disease will be treated with atezolizumab + carboplatin + gemcitabine on trial. Subjects that received sequential or concurrent PD1/PDL1 inhibitor and carboplatin-based regimen will be treated with atezolizumab + docetaxel on trial.

Solid TumorsMetastatic Urothelial Carcinoma & Renal Pelvis & Ureter

This is a multi-center, open label, non-randomized Phase 1 study, to be conducted in two parts, Part A, and Part B. Part A in solid tumors included the dose escalation phase for evaluating the safety and tolerability profile of PRN1371, a FGFR 1-4 Kinase inhibitor. Part B is the Cohort Expansion phase in patients with metastatic urothelial carcinoma to further evaluate safety and tolerability, preliminary activity, PK, and PD in patients with FGFR genetic alterations.
