The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab + epacadostat vs pembrolizumab + placebo in participants with cisplatin-ineligible urothelial carcinoma.

This study is a phase 1 open-label dose escalation study of the immuno-activating monoclonal antibody APX005M in adults with solid tumors. Study is intended to establish the maximum tolerated dose and the overall safety and tolerability of APX005M in 3 different administration schedules.

This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab works with radiation therapy in treating patients with urothelial bladder cancer that has spread from its original site of growth to nearby tissues or lymph nodes and are ineligible for chemotherapy. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving nivolumab and radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with urothelial bladder cancer.

This phase II, single-center study will assess the efficacy of pembrolizumab + nab-paclitaxel in patients who have metastatic urothelial tumor and do not respond to chemotherapy. The time between drug administration and progression of the disease will be assessed to determine if the drug will work.

This phase II trial studies how well elesclomol sodium and paclitaxel work in treating patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer that has returned after a period of improvement (recurrent) or is persistent. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as elesclomol sodium and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Elesclomol sodium may also help paclitaxel work better by making tumor cells more sensitive to the drug.

This study will evaluate the efficacy of TKI258 in patients with advanced urothelial cancer

RATIONALE: Sunitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying sunitinib to see how well it works as second-line therapy in treating patients with locally advanced or metastatic transitional cell cancer.

The purpose of this study is to determine and compare the effect of this treatment on recurrence rate and to assess the toxicity in both arms of patients with STCC. Other objectives include determining the effects of this treatment on quality of life, and comparing the effect of Mycobacterium w on time to tumor progression.

An open-label, single arm, non-randomized, single stage phase II study. 3 phases:Baseline, treatment/duration and Follow-up. All patients will be treated with RAD001 10 mg daily dose until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity death, or discontinuation from the study, for any other reason

The purpose of this study is to test an investigational drug, vinflunine (BMS-710485), in combination with gemcitabine in patients with Transitional Cell Carcinoma who cannot be treated with cisplatin. This study will help to determine whether vinflunine in combination with gemcitabine will extend the time period until further growth of the tumor more than gemcitabine alone.
