A National Phase II Study of Proton Therapy in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular Carcinoma350 new cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are diagnosed in Denmark each year, but the overall prognosis is poor with a 1-year survival rate of less than 40% and a 5-year survival rate of 10% for the entire patient group. This national phase II non-randomized single-arm study of proton therapy in HCC is conducted with the aim to offer a safe and efficient radiation treatment to fragile patients with reduced dose to the normal liver compared to conventional photon-based radiotherapy.
Study of LVGN3616 and LVGN6051±LVGN7409 in Combination With Nab-Paclitaxel or Bevacizumab and Cyclophosphamide...
Metastatic EsophagealGastric Cancer6 moreThis is an investigator-initiated industry-supported phase 1 clinical trial conducted in the phase 1 clinic at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center who will hold the Investigational New Drug (IND). Lvygen Biopharma will provide as investigational supply LVGN3616, LVGN6051 and LVGN7409 at no cost to the patients on this study. This study will explore antitumor activity of four LVGN3616 and LVGN6051 based regimens in seven selected tumor types:
Radiotherapy Alone Versus Concurrent Chemo-radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcincoma Patients With...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThe goal of this multicenter randomized non-inferior study is to compare radiotherapy alone versus concurrent chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients whose EBV DNA drop to undetectable level after one cycle neoadjuvant chemotherapy using GP regimen. The main question it aims to answer is: the omission of concurrent chemotherapy is safe in the relatively good prognostic patients identified by the response of EBV DNA. Participants will be randomized to either radiotherapy alone or the standard treatment concurrent chemoradiotherapy if their EBV DNA decrease to undetectable level post first cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and don't rebound in the second and third cycle.
A Study of Short-Course Radiation Therapy With Chemotherapy in People With Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial CancerStage III Endometrial Cancer3 moreThe purpose of this study is to find out whether short-course radiation therapy (1 week instead of the usual 5 weeks) with chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) is practical (feasible), meaning that most participants are able to complete the treatment schedule.
Two Cycles VS Three Cycles Induction Chemotherapy in T1-4N2-3 Locally Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma...
Locally Advanced Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis trial is a multi-center phase III clinical trial. The purpose of this trial is to explore whether 2 cycles induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy is not inferior to 3 cycles induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
CT-guided Localization for Micro Hepatocellular Carcinoma Before Surgical Resection
CirrhosisLiver1 moreIn this project, the preoperative anatomical location of micro hepatocellular carcinoma under the guidance of CT can provide guidance for accurate surgical resection. It may also shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative bleeding.
Fu Zheng Jie Du Hua Yu Principle For Treatment Of Severe HBV Related Hepatocellular Carcinoma (FZJDHYPFTOSHBVHCC)...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThe treatment of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma has always been a worldwide problem. The aim of this study is to alleviate the progression of hepatitis B related hepatocellular carcinoma by the Chinese medicine "Fu Zheng Jie Du Hua Yu" Principle.
Phase 2 Study of ADI-PEG 20 Plus Lenvatinib Treatment in Subjects With Unresectable Hepatocellular...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaTo compare the clinical outcomes of Lenvatinib treatment alone or Lenvatinib + ADI-PEG20 combination treatment in advanced HCC patients with BCLC stage C.
CO2 Laser and Open Surgery for T1N0 Glottic SCC With Anterior Commissure Involved
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of GlottisOpen surgery and CO2 laser surgery are both established treatment modalities for T1N0 glottic carcinoma. It is controversial for T1N0 glottic carcinoma with anterior commissure involved.
RFA for Small HCC With No-touch Technique and Dual Cooled-Wet Electrode
CarcinomaHepatocellularThe purpose of this study is to prospectively compare the clinical outcomes (local tumor progression rate, technical success rate, complication rate) of no touch radiofrequency ablation (RFA) technique for Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) to those of conventional tumor puncture RFA technique.
