Cervical AdenocarcinomaCervical Adenosquamous Carcinoma11 moreThis trial studies how well yoga therapy works during chemotherapy and radiation treatment in improving physical and emotional well-being in patients with stage IB2-IIIB cervical cancer. Yoga therapy may help to balance the mind and body through exercise, meditation (focusing thoughts), and control of breathing and emotions.
Evaluation of Treatment Predictors Reflecting Beta-catenin Activation in Hepatocellular Carcinoma...
Hepatocellular Carcinoma Non-resectableThis prospective clinical trial will evaluate PET/CT and genomic liquid biopsy based biomarkers as predictors of clinical therapeutic response to immune-checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy for patients with inoperable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The primary objective of this diagnostic trial is to assess the accuracy of pre-treatment fluorine-18 (18F-) fluorocholine (FCH) PET/CT for predicting a lack of objective response (LOR) after 16 weeks of ICI therapy.

Time-Restricted Eating Versus Nutritional Counseling for the Reduction of Radiation or Chemoradiation...
Localized Prostate CarcinomaLocally Advanced Cervical Carcinoma16 moreThis phase II trial studies how well time-restricted eating works in reducing side effects of radiation or chemoradiation side effects when compared to nutritional counseling among patients with prostate, cervical, and rectal cancers. Time-restricted eating, also called short term fasting or intermittent fasting, is an eating plan that alternates between not eating food (fasting) and non-fasting periods. Nutritional counseling involves being asked to follow a healthy, balanced diet that includes instructions on what kinds of food are better tolerated during radiation and chemoradiation therapy. This trial may help researchers determine if certain diets may improve the anti-cancer effects of radiation therapy and reduce the side-effects of this treatment. If successful, these diets may be integrated into the future treatment of prostate, cervical, and rectal cancers.
A Study to Compare Tissue and Liquid Biopsies in People With Different Types of Cancer
Non-Small-Cell Lung CarcinomaColorectal Cancer1 moreIn study, liquid biopsy samples will be obtained from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) including Squamous cell carcinoma, Adenocarcinoma and large cell carcinoma, colorectal carcinoma (CRC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) patients who undergo treatment according to established standards of care (SoC) at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH). This study will observe the overall Variant Allele Frequency (VAF) of circulating tumour Desoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) levels over the patient therapeutic treatment course and will correlate these findings with tumour response as well as Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS)mutation status.
