Veliparib, Paclitaxel, and Carboplatin in Treating Patients With Solid Tumors That Are Metastatic...

Breast CarcinomaCarcinoma of Unknown Primary12 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of veliparib when given together with paclitaxel and carboplatin in treating patients with solid tumors that are metastatic or cannot be removed by surgery and liver or kidney dysfunction. Veliparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving veliparib together with paclitaxel and carboplatin may kill more tumor cells.

Pemigatinib for the Treatment of Metastatic or Unresectable Colorectal Cancer Harboring FGFR Alterations...

FGFR1 Gene AmplificationFGFR1 Gene Mutation17 more

This phase II trial studies how well pemigatinib works in treating patients with colorectal cancer with mutations (alterations) in a FGFR gene and that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Pemigatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking FGFR, which is needed for cell growth.

A Study of Belzutifan (MK-6482) in Combination With Lenvatinib Versus Cabozantinib for Treatment...

CarcinomaRenal Cell

This study will compare the efficacy and safety of belzutifan + lenvatinib versus cabozantinib in participants with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with clear cell component after prior therapy. The primary hypothesis is that belzutifan + lenvatinib is superior to cabozantinib in terms of progression-free survival or overall survival.

A Study of Belzutifan (MK-6482) in Participants With Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (MK-6482-013)...

CarcinomaRenal Cell

This study will compare the efficacy and safety of two doses of belzutifan in participants with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with clear cell component after prior therapy. The primary hypothesis is that the higher dose of belzutifan is superior to the standard dose in terms of objective response rate (ORR).
