Advanced Microsatellite Stable Colorectal CancerMetastatic Microsatellite-stable Colorectal Cancer

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sintilimab and chidamide in combination with or without IBI305(bevacizumab) in patients with standard treatment failure of advanced or metastatic pMMR/MSS colorectal adenocarcinoma.

Metastatic Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaRecurrent Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma4 more

This phase Ib trial finds the best dose and side effects of ensartinib and its effects when given with carboplatin, pemetrexed and bevacizumab for in treating patients with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IIIC or IV, or has come back (recurrent). Ensartinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving ensartinib, carboplatin, pemetrexed and bevacizumab may help to control the disease.

Talazoparib and Avelumab in Participants With Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Metastatic Renal Cell CarcinomaFumarate Hydratase Deficient Renal Cell Carcinoma1 more

The purpose of this study is to see whether the combination of avelumab and talazoparib can be an effective treatment for metastatic renal cell carcinoma.

Pemigatinib for the Treatment of Metastatic or Unresectable Colorectal Cancer Harboring FGFR Alterations...

FGFR1 Gene AmplificationFGFR1 Gene Mutation17 more

This phase II trial studies how well pemigatinib works in treating patients with colorectal cancer with mutations (alterations) in a FGFR gene and that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Pemigatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking FGFR, which is needed for cell growth.

Stereotactic MRI-guided Adaptive Radiation Therapy (SMART) in One Fraction

Metastatic Carcinoma

This is a multi-site single arm feasibility study of single-fraction Stereotactic MRI-guided Adaptive Radiation Therapy (SMART) for primary or metastatic carcinoma involving the lung, liver, adrenal gland, abdominal/pelvic lymph node, pancreas, and/or kidney. Stereotactic ablative body radiation therapy (SABR) is a highly-focused radiation treatment that gives an intense dose of radiation concentrated on a tumor, while limiting the dose to the surrounding organs.

Breast CancerRenal Cell Carcinoma

MARIO-3 is a Phase 2 multi-arm combination cohort study designed to evaluate IPI-549, Infinity Pharmaceutical's first-in-class, oral immuno-oncology product candidate targeting immune-suppressive tumor-associated myeloid cells through selective inhibition of phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K)-gamma, in combinations with Tecentriq and Abraxane (nab-paclitaxel) in front-line triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and in combination with Tecentriq and Avastin (bevacizumab) in front-line renal cell cancer (RCC).

Neoadjuvant Cabozantinib in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced Kidney Cancer

Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaRenal Cell Carcinoma1 more

This phase II clinical trial studies how well cabozantinib works in treating patients with kidney cancer before surgery. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Platinum-Resistant Fallopian Tube CarcinomaPlatinum-Resistant Ovarian Carcinoma7 more

This trial studies the side effects and best dose of AVB-S6-500 when given together with durvalumab in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that is resistant to platinum therapy or has come back. Immunotherapy with AVB-S6-500 and durvalumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Gemcitabine/Cisplatin Versus Placebo Plus Gemcitabine/Cisplatin for...

Biliary Tract Carcinoma

This is a study of pembrolizumab plus gemcitabine/cisplatin versus placebo plus gemcitabine/cisplatin as first-line therapy in participants with advanced and/or unresectable biliary tract carcinoma. The primary hypothesis is pembrolizumab plus gemcitabine/cisplatin is superior to placebo plus gemcitabine/cisplatin with respect to overall survival (OS).

PD-1 Inhibitors Plus Chemoradiotherapy for Metastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma: an Open-label Single-arm,...

Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaPD-1 Inhibitors1 more

programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) inhibitors has been recommended as the first-line treatment for recurrent/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (R/M NPC), but progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) was still unsatisfactory. Basic studies have already confirmed PD-1 inhibitors had concurrent synergistic effect with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Few studies concerned about the treatment pattern for concurrent PD-1 inhibitors combination with chemoradiation for R/M NPC. There was still much uncertainties about the timing, fraction dose and total dose for PD-1 inhibitors combination with radiation. Therefore, we aimed to explore the substantial effect and toxicity of this new pattern for R/M NPC.
