Pembrolizumab and Enfortumab Vedotin With Pembrolizumab Prior to and After Radical Nephroureterectomy...

Renal Pelvis and Ureter Urothelial Carcinoma

This phase II clinical trial tests how well pembrolizumab plus enfortumab vedotin prior to and after radical nephroureterectomy works in treating patients with high-risk upper tract urothelial cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Enfortumab vedotin (EV) is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Enfortumab attaches to a protein called nectin-4 on cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. It is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) is the surgical removal of a kidney and its ureter. Giving pembrolizumab plus enfortumab vedotin before surgery may make the tumor smaller and may reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed and giving pembrolizumab after surgery may kill any remaining cancer cells.

Study to Assess the Feasibility in Bile cfDNA of Resectable Biliary Tract Carcinomas

This Study Aims to Reveal the EffectivenessAccuracy1 more

This study intends to use Onconscreen plus 520 Panel (Burning Rock, China) to conduct NGS testing in matched tissue, blood , and bile samples of patients with Resectable Biliary Tract Carcinomas(BTC). In order to explore thefeasibility in bile cfDNA of BTC,we will collect relevant clinical information and follow-up treatment information. This study aims to reveal the effectiveness, accuracy, and feasibility in bile, as compared to tissues and blood samples.

To Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Furmonertinib Versus Placebo, in Patients With Epidermal Growth...

Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma

This is a phase 3 double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, study to assess the efficacy and safety of Furmonertinib (AST2818) versus placebo in patients with stage II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with centrally confirmed, most common sensitising EGFR mutations (Ex19Del and L858R) either alone or in combination with other EGFR mutations as confirmed by a central test, who have had complete tumour resection, with or without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.

Preoperative Bintrafusp Alfa in Operable Urothelial Carcinoma of the Bladder

Transitional Cell CarcinomaBladder Cancer

PEBBLE is an open-label, international, multicentre, window of opportunity phase II trial that aims to evaluate the effects of short-term preoperative therapy with bintrafusp alfa in patients with histologically confirmed urothelial carcinoma requiring radical surgery with bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection. Eligible patients will receive 4 doses of bintrafusp alfa (1200mg flat dose) at 14 day intervals before undergoing radical surgery. Patients will attend study visits at 6, 12 and 24 weeks following their surgery. After the 24-week post-surgical visit, patients will enter a follow up phase during which they will be contacted annually for 2 years after their surgery to collect survival and disease status data. The efficacy of bintrafusp alfa will be assessed on CT/MRI scan images and tumour tissue samples collected at baseline and after treatment with bintrafusp alfa.

Phase II Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Prostatic Artery Embolization

Prostate CarcinomaBenign Prostatic Hyperplasia

This is a Phase II prospective clinical trial in which patients with prostate carcinoma and obstructive lower urinary tract symptoms electing for radiation therapy will undergo Prostatic Artery Embolization (PAE) prior to treatment. PAE will be administered by Interventional Radiology. Patients will be seen for follow-up at 6 weeks and 12 weeks following PAE after which they will start definitive radiotherapy. After completion of radiotherapy the patient will be seen at 12 weeks

Contrast-Enhanced Mammography for Breast Cancer Staging in Patients Referred for a Second Opinion...

Breast CarcinomaInvasive Breast Carcinoma

This clinical trial investigates contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM) in detecting breast cancer. CEM is similar to standard mammography, but it includes an injection of an iodine-based contrast, which makes tissue and blood vessels more visible in scans. Diagnostic procedures, such as CEM, may increase the chance of finding breast cancers and decrease the risk of having unnecessary biopsies.

Predicting Model Based on Evidence-based Pathological Diagnose Criteria for RCC Tumor Thrombus With...

CarcinomaRenal Cell3 more

The goal of this observational study is to establish a preoperative imaging diagnostic model which highly consistent with the histopathological examinations, as well as a accurate and systematic pathological grading standard of inferior vena cava (IVC) vascular wall invasion in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with tumor thrombus invading vascular wall. The main questions it aims to answer are: To establish a preoperative imaging diagnostic model which highly consistent with the histopathological examinations. To determine what impact does different vascular wall layer invasion make on the long-term prognosis in RCC with IVC tumor thrombus; To determine which layer invasion according to pathological examination make sense to clinical treatment (can significantly affect prognosis); Participants with IVC vascular wall invasion/ non-invasion are divided into experimental group (invaded group) or control group (non-invaded group) respectively according to pathological examinations, in order to establish a prospective cohort with three-year follow-up. The pathological characteristics of local recurrence and poor prognosis are summarized, and postoperative pathological diagnostic criteria of IVC vascular wall invasion and established. The local recurrence and distant recurrence outcomes are compared between experiment group and control group, in order to analyze the long-term influence of vascular wall invasion. Then the preoperative imaging diagnostic evaluation model will be established.
