This is a a prospective, single-arm, and exploratory study of endoscopic resection of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma via transoral retropterygoid approach.

This study is a prospective, open-label, single-arm study. The trial will be divided into 3 phases: screening/baseline, treatment and follow-up. To initially explore the efficacy and safety of nimotuzumab combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (TPF regimen) in the treatment of resectable locally advanced head and neck tumors. Targeted therapy: Nimotuzumab injection 400 mg, once on the 1st day and once on the 21st day, for a total of 2 times. It should be administered by intravenous infusion 1 hour before chemotherapy, and the administration process should last for more than 60 minutes. Chemotherapy (TPF regimen): nab-paclitaxel 175mg/m2, on the 1st day; nedaplatin 100mg/m2, on the 1st day; oral administration of Sigirone on the 1st-14th day, 2/day; a treatment cycle of 21 days, a total of 2 a treatment cycle. After two cycles of chemotherapy, all patients underwent radical surgery according to whether the throat could be preserved and the patient's own wishes. The primary endpoint of the study is the tumor objective response rate (ORR), and the secondary endpoints are the primary tumor pathological complete response (pCR) rate, organ preservation rate, 1-year overall survival (OS) rate, and 1-year disease-free survival (DFS) rate. , quality of life, safety evaluation.

This study is a single arm, single center, prospective and open exploratory study. About 15 patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after liver transplantation are expected to be enrolled.Patients will be treated with bevacizumab and FOLFOX4.Treatment was continued until disease progression, development of intolerable toxicities, death, withdrawal of consent, initiation of new antitumor therapy, whichever occurred first.

The aim of this study is to show that the Nd:YAG laser could be a promising alternative treatment option in the management of low-risk basal cell carcinomas with similar high efficacy rates to surgery, and low recurrence rates evaluated over a time period of one year. Reflectance confocal microscopy, optical coherence tomography and clinical examination are used prior to confirm the clinical diagnosis of the basal cell carcinoma and for premargination of the tumor. This is a parallel assigned, open-label, perspective trial studying the safety and efficacy of intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) combined with PD-1 Blockade and Lenvatinib for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) with Vp3 Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus (PVTT, Japanese Liver Cancer Study Group classification) before liver transplantation.

The purpose of this study is to collect data to describe the safety and effectiveness of cabozantinib and nivolumab in combination as a first-line treatment in adults with aRCC with clear cell-component, according to real-world clinical practice. The decision to prescribe cabozantinib and nivolumab in combination will be made prior to, and independently from, the decision to enrol the participant in study.

This trial uses blood tests and questionnaires to study how well participants with head and neck cancer that has spread to other places in the body adhere to swallowing exercises to prevent future disease. Using blood tests to study cytokines (proteins related to the immune system) may help doctors learn if certain levels of cytokines affect whether or not side effects occur and if they put participants at risk for future disease. Questionnaires may help doctors learn about the reasons head and neck cancer participants may or may not follow the swallowing exercises that they are asked to perform after receiving radiation treatments.

This trial studies the acceptability and how well decision making tool works in supporting decision making in contralateral prophylactic mastectomy in patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer. Decision making tool may help patients with early stage breast cancer make decisions regarding their surgical options.

This trial studies what would happen if the nicotine levels in cigarettes are greatly reduced, but electronic cigarettes containing different amount of nicotine are available. Different levels of nicotine may effect certain behaviors, including withdrawal symptoms, nicotine cravings, and mood and may lead to changes in smoking behavior in current daily and intermittent smokers..
