Study to Test the Safety and Tolerability of PF-07209960 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors...

Non-small-cell Lung CancerSquamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck4 more

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1, open label, multicenter, multiple dose, dose escalation and dose expansion study intended to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and potential clinical benefit of PF-07209960, an anti-PD-1 targeting IL-15 fusion protein, in participants with selected locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors for whom no standard therapy is available, or would not be an appropriate option in the opinion of the participant and their treating physician, or participants who have refused standard therapy. The study contains 2 parts, single agent Dose Escalation (Part 1) to determine the recommended dose of PF-07209960, followed by Dose Expansion (Part 2) in selected tumor types at the recommended dose.

Ipilimumab, Nivolumab, and Talimogene Laherparepvec Before Surgery in Treating Participants With...

Anatomic Stage 0 Breast Cancer AJCC v8Anatomic Stage I Breast Cancer AJCC v821 more

This phase I trial studies talimogene laherparepvec given together with ipilimumab and nivolumab before surgery in patients with triple-negative or estrogen receptor positive, HER2 negative localized breast cancer. Ipilimumab and Nivolumab are immune checkpoint inhibitors that enhance immune response towards cancer cells. Talimogene laherparepvec is a modifies human herpes virus 1 that is an oncolytic virus targeting cancer cells and makes tumor microenvironment more immunogenic to promote immune response against cancer. This study will assess the safety and efficacy of talimogene laherparepvec, ipilimumab, and nivolumab, and provide an insight for further improvement of immunotherapy in breast cancer.

Milademetan in Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors

Solid TumorsHead and Neck Carcinoma16 more

Phase 2, multicenter, single-arm, open-label basket study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of milademetan in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors refractory or intolerant to standard-of-care therapy that exhibit wild-type (WT) TP53 and MDM2 copy number (CN) ≥ 8 using prespecified biomarker criteria.

Post-treatment Surveillance in HPV+ Oropharyngeal SCC

HPVOropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

In this research study the investigators are examining a blood test to detect HPV DNA in the blood that can possibly detect cancer recurrence earlier than with standard surveillance measures.

Erdafitinib and Abiraterone Acetate or Enzalutamide in Treating Patients With Double Negative Prostate...

Castration-Resistant Prostate CarcinomaDouble-Negative Prostate Carcinoma5 more

This phase II trial studies how well erdafitinib in combination with abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide works in treating patients with double negative prostate cancer. Erdafitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Testosterone can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Abiraterone acetate lowers the amount of testosterone made by the body. This may help stop the growth of tumor cells that need testosterone to grow. Enzalutamide blocks the use of testosterone by the tumor cells. Giving erdafitinib with abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide may work better in treating patients with prostate cancer compared to abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide alone.

Effect of Acetylcysteine With Topotecan Hydrochloride on the Tumor Microenvironment in Patients...

Malignant Ovarian Endometrioid TumorMalignant Ovarian Serous Tumor3 more

This randomized phase II trial studies the effects of acetylcysteine and topotecan hydrochloride on the tumor microenvironment, or cells that make up a tumor, compared to topotecan hydrochloride alone in patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has not responded to treatment (persistent) or has returned after a period of improvement (recurrent) and is high grade (likely to grow and spread quickly). Research has shown that cancer cells may be able to convert nearby normal cells into cancer cells. Acetylcysteine may stop this from happening. Topotecan hydrochloride is a chemotherapy drug used to treat ovarian cancer, and may help acetylcysteine work better. This trial studies the effect of acetylcysteine and topotecan hydrochloride on the tumor microenvironment to see if they can help make it more difficult for tumor cells to grow.
