Rucaparib in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma
Bladder CancerUrothelial Carcinoma6 moreThe purpose of the ATLAS study is to determine how patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic urothelial carcinoma respond to treatment with rucaparib.

Study of CB-103 in Adult Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumours and Haematological Malignancies...
Breast CancerColorectal Cancer7 moreThis is a phase I/II, non randomized, open-label, dose escalation study to investigate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of CB-103.

Image Guided Hypofractionated Radiation Therapy, Nelfinavir Mesylate, Pembrolizumab, Nivolumab and...
Metastatic Kidney CarcinomaRecurrent Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma3 moreThis phase II trial studies how well image guided hypofractionated radiation therapy works with nelfinavir mesylate, pembrolizumab, nivolumab, and atezolizumab in treating patients with melanoma, lung cancer, or kidney cancer that has spread (advanced). Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Nelfinavir mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, nivolumab and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving hypofractionated radiation therapy, nelfinavir mesylate, pembrolizumab, nivolumab and atezolizumab may work better in treating patients with melanoma, lung, or kidney cancer.

Copanlisib, Letrozole, and Palbociclib in Treating Patients With Hormone Receptor Positive HER2...
Estrogen Receptor PositiveHER2/Neu Negative15 moreThis phase I/II trial studies side effects and best dose of copanlisib when given together with letrozole and palbociclib and to see how well they work in treating hormone receptor positive HER2 negative stage I-IV breast cancer. Copanlisib and palbociclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs, such as letrozole, may lessen the amount of estrogen made by the body. Giving copanlisib, letrozole, and palbociclib may work better in treating patients with breast cancer.

Genetic Analysis in Blood and Tumor Samples From Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Estrogen Receptor...
Advanced Breast CarcinomaLocally Advanced Breast Carcinoma7 moreThis research trial studies genetic profiles in blood and tumor samples from patients with estrogen receptor positive and HER2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body who are receiving palbociclib and endocrine therapy. Examining the genetic changes associated with the cancer and comparing the genetic material from the cancer tissue with the genetic material found in the blood may help doctors to develop customized treatment for breast cancer.

Radium-223 and Atezolizumab in Patients With Urothelial Carcinoma With Bone Metastases Who Have...
Urothelial CarcinomaThis is a single-arm, single-site pilot of Radium-223 (55 kBq/kg) IV q3 weeks for up to 6 doses in combination with Atezolizumab 1200mg IV once every 3 weeks until investigator determined lack of benefit, unacceptable toxicity, or 17 doses in patients with urothelial carcinoma with bone metastases who have disease progression after platinum-containing chemotherapy.

A Study of CDX-3379 and Cetuximab and in Patients With Advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma...
Advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis is a study to determine the clinical benefit (how well the drug works), safety and tolerability of combining CDX-3379 and cetuximab. The study will enroll patients with advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma who have previously received cetuximab and progressed.

Pembrolizumab for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients With Detectable Plasma Epstein-Barr Virus DNA...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis is a single-arm, multi-center, open-label, phase II trial to examine the efficacy of pembrolizumab for prolonging the one-year disease free survival in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with solely detectable EBV DNA after curative chemoradiation. Sixty-three patients will be enrolled in the trial.

Study To Compare Avelumab In Combination With Standard of Care Chemoradiotherapy (SoC CRT) Versus...
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and NeckThis is a phase 3 randomized, placebo controlled study to evaluate the safety and anti-tumor activity of Avelumab in combination with standard of care chemoradiation (SoC CRT) versus SoC CRT alone in front-line treatment of patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer.

A Study to Evaluate Abemaciclib in Advanced Biliary Tract Carcinoma
Biliary Tract CarcinomaThe prognosis of patients with recurrent, late-stage inoperable, or progressed biliary tract carcinoma (BTC) is generally poor. The goal of this clinical study is to determine the effectiveness and safety of abemaciclib in patients with late-stage or progressed BTC that has failed one line of chemotherapy.
