Toripalimab as Monotherapy for Patients With Small Cell Carcinoma of Esophagus Who Failed Chemotherapy...
Small Cell Carcinoma of EsophagusAdvanced CancerTo evaluate the anti-tumor activity, safety and tolerance of toripalimab as monotherapy for patients with small cell esophageal cancer (SCCE), and to explore the potential biomarkers for this treatment.

Nivolumab and Yttrium-90 in Treating Patients With Liver Cancer Undergoing Surgical Resection
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThis early phase I trial studies how well nivolumab and yttrium-90 work in treating patients with liver cancer who are undergoing surgical resection. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body?s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radioactive drugs, such as yttrium-90, may carry radiation directly to tumor cells and not harm normal cells. Giving nivolumab and yttrium-90 may work better in treating patients with liver cancer.

Home Sleep Apnea Machine in Evaluating Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Patients With Stage III-IV Head...
Locally Advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis trial studies information from a home sleep apnea machine to evaluate obstructive sleep apnea in patients with stage III-IV head and neck cancer. Sleep apnea (trouble breathing during sleep) can occur in head and neck cancer patients who have swelling in their neck. Wearing a sleep apnea machine overnight may help doctors evaluate obstructive sleep apnea in patients with head and neck cancer.

Toripalimab in Combination With Lenvatinib as Neoadjuvant Therapy in Resectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThis study will evaluate efficacy and safety of Toripalimab Injection (JS001) with or without Lenvatinib as a Neoadjuvant Therapy in patients with Resectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

De-escalation Protocols in HPV-related Oropharyngeal Carcinoma in Chinese Populations
Oropharyngeal CarcinomaDe-escalationHuman papillomavirus (HPV)-related oropharyngeal carcinoma are exquisitely radiosensitive. Several studies attempted to reduce the toxicities of treatments through reduced-dose radiation and showed promising results, but all data were collected from non-Chinese areas. Like nasopharyngeal carcinoma, oropharyngeal carcinoma may have different biological behavior and relationship with HPV infection. So the investigators studied whether toxicities reducing treatment with reduced radiation dose and omitted concurrent chemotherapy after good response to induction chemotherapy would maintain survival outcomes while improving tolerability for patients with HPV-positive oropharyngeal carcinoma.

A Study on Toripalimab Plus Nab-Paclitaxel With or Without Cisplatin as First-line Treatment of...
Urothelial CarcinomaThis is a single-center, open-label,phase II study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Toripalimab plus nab-paclitaxel with or without cisplatin as first-line treatment of unresectable locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma. Each enrolled Patient will receive Toripalimab plus nab-paclitaxel with or without cisplatin until progressive disease or intolerable toxicity occurs, then enter a survival follow-up period. Nab-paclitaxel with or without cisplatin will be administered for up to 6 cycles, and Toripalimab up to 2 years.
