Anlotinib Combined With Dose-reduced Olaparib in Patients With Platinum-Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian...
Ovarian CancerOvarian and Fallopian Tube Cysts and Neoplasms21 morePARP inhibitors have changed the treatment paradigm of ovarian cancer. Most patients using PARP(poly-ADP ribose polymerase) inhibitors will suffer different grades of adverse events(AEs), followed by dose reduction. It has not been reported whether the dose-reduced olaparib as maintenance treatment have an impact on efficacy. Both PAOLA-1 and AVANOVA 2 studies showed that combined PARP inhibitors and antiangiogenic drugs have synergistic anti-tumor effect. Anlotinib is a novel multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that can inhibit VEGFR(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor), FGFR(fibroblast growth factor receptor), PDGFR(platelet-derived growth factor receptor) α/β, c-Kit, and Ret. And anlotinib has been approved as orphan drug designations for treatment of ovarian cancer by FDA in 2015. Previous studies showed that anlotinib had manageable toxicity and promising antitumor effect. Our study is expected to investigate the efficacy and safety of anlotinib combined with dose-reduced olaparib as maintenance treatment in platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer patients.

TACE Combined With Lenvatinib for Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaIt is an exploratory clinical study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TACE combined with Lenvatinib in the treatment of patients with BCLC stage B and C HCC.Treatment will continue until the death or intolerable toxicity or patients withdrawal of consent, and the target sample size is 54 individuals.

Toripalimab in Combination With Chemotherapy as Induced Chemotherapy for Localized Hypopharyngeal...
Hypopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma60% of hypopharyngeal cancers were locally advanced at the time of diagnosis. The standard treatment was surgery and postoperative radiotherapy. Compared with traditional surgery and postoperative radiotherapy, induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy has a better laryngeal retention rate without reducing the curative effect, and established an organ function preservation treatment strategy. Induction chemotherapy can reduce tumor burden and reduce distant metastases. At present, induction chemotherapy followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy has become the standard treatment for the laryngeal preservation in locally advanced hypopharyngeal and laryngeal cancer. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of a PD-1 inhibitor toripalimab combined with chemotherapy as induction therapy in hypopharyngeal cancer.

Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis study is a randomized, phase II, prospective, multicenter clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sufficient chemoradiotherapy plus oral capecitabine/S-1 for 1 year in the treatment of oligometastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Camrelizumab Combined With Chemotherapy for Recurrent or Advanced Cervical Neuroendocrine Carcinomas...
ChemotherapyAnti-pd-1 Antibody5 moreRecurrent or advanced cervical neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) is refractory to multimodal treatment, even to extensive therapy. Chemotherapy, consisting of platinum and etoposide, remains the main therapy for recurrent or advanced cervical NEC. In addition, bevacizumab has shown progression-free benefits in recurrent or advanced cervical cancer. Case report suggested anti-PD-1 antibody may have antitumor activities in NEC. Based on these evidences, a phase 2, single arm trial is conducted to explore the objective response rate (ORR) of platinum/etoposide/bevacizumab/anti-PD-1 antibody (camrelizumab) for the treatment of recurrent or advanced cervical NEC. This trial is to enroll 20 patients, who would accept 6 courses of platinum/etoposide/bevacizumab/camrelizumab. If the patient achieved complete or partial remission, a total period of 12 months bevacizumab/camrelizumab will be given as maintain therapy. The primary endpoint is ORR. The second endpoints are severe adverse events according to criteria of Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) and iRECIST Guideline, and critical changes of laboratory testing.

SBRT With DIBH for HCC After TACE and Lipiodol Marking
Hepatocellular CarcinomaStereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with radical dose achieved similar results with radiofrequency ablation (RF) and radical surgery, according to previous studies. For tumors near great blood vessels or with a diameter more than 2cm, SBRT performs even better than RF. In current clinical practice of SBRT for small HCC, registration is achieved by planting metal markers near the tumor, which has several disadvantages: 1. the operation is invasive, increase the risk of bleeding in patients with cirrhosis; 2. the operation is of no therapeutic value; 3. metal markers can only be planted outside the tumor to avoid transplantation, which compromises the accuracy of registration via CBCT. This study aims to adopt a new method of registration, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and lipiodol marking, to analyze the recognition and clarity of lipiodol on CBCT images, set-up errors and treatment efficacy. Therefore to provide data to support TACE and lipiodol marking over metal marker planting.

Optimized Diffusion-Weighted Imaging for the Evaluation of Post-Treatment Squamous Cell Carcinoma...
Squamous Cell CarcinomaThe investigators propose a longitudinal study evaluating post-treatment changes in patients with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the neck using an innovative optimized diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) pulse sequence to identify more accurately recurrent tumors as well as early non-responders to therapy.
