We aim to make clear the impact with the mechanisms of variant pathological injuries on the outcomes of CSVD, to find independent imaging markers and establish prediction model of it.

This is a registry study of the natural course of unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIA). In addition, the investigators will analyze the benefit-risk of antithrombotic or anticoagulant therapy in patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms associated with ischemic heart disease or ischemic cerebrovascular disease. In daily practice, several scales are used to evaluate patients with small vessel diseases of the brain (SVD). However, these scales exclude key symptoms such as apathy and mood disorders observed in SVD. Furthermore, the use of a combination of scales does not allow neither a very sensitive assessment of clinical changes, neither an overall assessment of a patient's outcome. Moreover, there is no scale dedicated to cognitive, emotional and behavioural complaints in patients with SVD. These patients are evaluated with scales used in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and frontotemporal dementia. These are scales that have been developed in the elderly and they are not sensitive to minor complaints. It is needful to develop scales adapted to patients with SVD in order to understand the consequences of the disease symptoms on their daily life at inclusion and during follow-up.

Patients with stroke were registered based on the WHO/ MONICA protocol and were followed-up for 28 days, starting in 2015 in PROVE Registry

The cerebrovascular autoregulation (AR) is impaired in patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Patients with the indication to liver transplantation mostly have mild to severe hepatic encephalopathy. Transplantation should recover the encephalopathy. The aim of the study is to investigate the AR during liver transplantation, with the questions if the AR is impaired at the beginning of surgery and if there are changes in AR. For follow up the AR will be measured at the first days after transplantation at the ICU.
