Atezolizumab Before and/or With Chemoradiotherapy in Immune System Activation in Patients With Node...

Cervical AdenocarcinomaCervical Adenosquamous Carcinoma9 more

This phase I trial studies how well atezolizumab before and/or with standard of care chemoradiotherapy works in immune system activation in patients with stage IB2, II, IIIB, or IVA cervical cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving atezolizumab before and/or with chemoradiotherapy may lower the chance of tumors growing or spreading.

Avelumab With Axitinib in Persistent or Recurrent Cervical Cancer After Platinum-based Chemotherapy...

Cervical Cancer

This is a single-arm, Simon's 2-stage, proof-of-concept trial. The aim is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of avelumab with axitinib in patients with persistent or recurrent cervical cancer following platinum-based chemotherapy. The study hypothesis is that the combination of avelumab and axitinib can significantly improve the objective response rate (ORR) with acceptable toxicity compared to traditional chemotherapy.

Prospective Evaluation of Self-Testing to Increase Screening

Cervical CancerHuman Papillomavirus Infection

Regularly attending for Pap test cervical cancer screening in a clinic is often unfeasible and/or unacceptable to many women. This study evaluates if mailing and testing self-sampled kits for high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) can cost-effectively increase screening participation among underserved minority women in a safety-net health system.

Safety and Efficacy of Tisotumab Vedotin Monotherapy & in Combination With Other Cancer Agents in...

Cervical Cancer

This is an open label, multi-center trial of tisotumab vedotin monotherapy and in combination with bevacizumab, pembrolizumab, or carboplatin in subjects with recurrent or stage IVB cervical cancer. The trial consists of two-parts a dose escalation part and an expansion part. The expansion part of the trial will be initiated once the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of the combinations have been determined in the dose escalation part.

Recurrent or Metastatic Cervical Cancer

This is a multicenter, open-label, phase II clinical study conducted in China. All subjects will receive AK104 in combination with standard treatment regimens or AK104 alone. The primary end points are objective response rate per RECIST1.1 and safety. Secondary end points are progression-free survival and disease control rate.

Online Adaptive Radiotherapy for Postoperative Treatment of Endometrial and Cervical Cancer

Uterine Cervical NeoplasmEndometrial Neoplasms

Online adaptive radiotherapy (oART) has demonstrated to be feasible to reduce planning target volume (PTV) margins for postoperative treatment of endometrial and cervical cancer. To explore the value of reduced margins in oART for postoperative treatment of endometrial and cervical cancer, we conducted a prospective clinical trial to determine the clinical efficacy and toxicity of reduced margins.

ENGOT-cx1/BGOG-cx1: 3 Weekly Carboplatin/Paclitaxel With or Without Nintedanib in Cervix Cancer...

Uterine Cervical Neoplasms

Indication: Treatment of subjects with advanced (FIGO stage IVB) or recurrent cervical cancer, prior radiochemotherapy or neo-adjuvant chemotherapy is allowed. Study design: This is a phase II randomized, double blind and placebo controlled trial evaluating the efficacy of Nintedanib/placebo in combination with the standard carboplatin and paclitaxel followed by Nintedanib/placebo maintenance in the treatment of patients with advanced or recurrent cervical cancer. A total of 120 patients will be randomized between the experimental and control arm in a 1:1 ratio. Randomization will be stratified for 1previous chemotherapy for metastatic disease (yes/no) and 2disease status (Stage IVB primary versus recurrent disease). Experimental arm: Subjects will receive 6 cycles of 3-weekly carboplatin (AUC 5) + paclitaxel (175 mg/m2) and Nintedanib 200 mg BID followed by Nintedanib maintenance until progression or for a total maximum duration of 120 weeks. Control arm: Subjects will receive 6 cycles of 3-weekly carboplatin (AUC 5) + paclitaxel (175 mg/m2) and placebo 200 mg BID followed by placebo maintenance until progression or for a total maximum duration of 120 weeks. Subjects without evidence of disease progression after completion or discontinuation of the study treatment will be followed until radiographic disease progression, withdrawal of consent or death.

Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Persistent, Recurrent, or Metastatic Cervical Cancer

Cervical AdenocarcinomaCervical Adenosquamous Carcinoma4 more

This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well nivolumab works in treating patients with cervical cancer that has grown, come back, or spread to other places in the body. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may block tumor growth in different ways by targeting certain cells.

Radiation Therapy With or Without Chemotherapy in Patients With Stage I-IIA Cervical Cancer Who...

Cervical AdenocarcinomaCervical Adenosquamous Carcinoma6 more

This randomized phase III trial studies radiation therapy with chemotherapy to see how well they work compared to radiation therapy alone in treating patients with stage I-IIA cervical cancer who previously underwent surgery. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving radiation therapy together with chemotherapy is more effective than radiation therapy alone in treating patients with cervical cancer.
