Hepatic and Renal Thermography Using Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Liver TumorsKidney CarcinomaSeveral technological challenges exist to apply Magnetic Resonance guided High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (MRgHIFU) for treatment of liver or kidney in particular challenges related to the motion of these organs. This study tests a new software to improve thermometry accuracy in mobile organs in patients with liver or kidney tumors. In the same time, the trajectory of the target in 3D is analyzed.
INTERVAL: Ipilimumab and Nivolumab Combination Therapy: A Study of a Supervised or Semi-Supervised...
Metastatic Renal Cell CarcinomaThis study aims to report the effects of immediate or delayed exercise training on patients with advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma who are receiving nivolumab and ipilimumab.
Development of a Cabozantinib (Cabometyx) Symptom Management Application for Use in Patients With...
Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Treated With CabozantinibThe purpose of this study is to develop an on-line electronic symptom management application that can ultimately be used to improve clinical outcomes in patients with mRCC treated with cabozantinib.
Efficacy and Safety of Systemic Treatments of Bone Metastases From Kidney Cancer in Patients Treated...
Metastatic Renal Cell CarcinomaMulticenter, randomized, open-label, 2-arm, parallel-group, phase III study whose goal is to assess the efficacy and safety profile of bone-targeted treatments (Arm A: denosumab or zoledronic acid) versus the control arm (Arm B: no specific treatment) in patients with bone metastases under targeted therapy for Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma.
Investigating Marrow Infiltrating Lymphocytes in Renal Cell Carcinoma
Renal Cell CarcinomaUrothelial CarcinomaThe purpose of this research is to collect health-related information as well as bone marrow and blood specimens to determine if a new form of treatment for patients with kidney and bladder cancer may be possible.
Mechanistic Evaluation on Sorafenib Induced Hypophosphatemia.
CarcinomaRenal CellThe purpose of this study is to: To elucidate the mechanism involved in the sorafenib-induced hypophosphatemia and possible early effect of hypophosphatemia on bone mineral density A secondary objective to assess the effect sorafenib treatment on evaluate left ventricular function (LVEF) and Beta-type natriuretic peptide in plasma.
Milademetan in Combination With Atezolizumab in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors With CDKN2A...
Advanced Solid TumorCDKN2A8 moreThis is an open-label, single-arm, Phase 1b/2 study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of milademetan in combination with atezolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors with confirmed homozygous CDKN2A loss and WT TP53 who have progressed on or are refractory to prior PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor therapy and who, in the opinion of the Investigator, are unlikely to tolerate or derive clinically meaningful benefit from other therapy. This study will determine the recommended dose of milademetan when given in combination with atezolizumab (the combination RP2D) using a dose de-escalation safety assessment cohort (Phase 1b). Following identification of the combination RP2D, the safety profile and preliminary anti-tumor activity of the combination RP2D will be evaluated in a larger population in a dose expansion cohort (Phase 2).
Study of Minimally-invasive Ablative Renal Therapies (SMART) Registry
Renal CancerMulti-center prospective cohort study examining curative intent renal cryotherapy and radiofrequency ablation for small renal mass treatment in patients who are poor candidates for surgical resection, We will capture clinical, radiological, and pathological data as well as resource utilization (ex: time in hospital, ER visits), complications, and long-term functional and oncological outcomes. The investigators will also be biobanking blood and urine samples from participants for biological studies in the lab.
A Pilot Study of SBRT With Adjuvant Pazopanib for Renal Cell Cancer
Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaRenal Cell CarcinomaThis pilot clinical trial studies the side effects of stereotactic body radiation therapy and pazopanib hydrochloride in treating patients with kidney cancer who are not able to undergo surgery. Stereotactic body radiation therapy is a specialized radiation therapy that delivers high doses of radiation directly to the tumor and may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Pazopanib hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking an enzyme needed for cell growth. Giving pazopanib hydrochloride before stereotactic body radiation therapy may help make the tumor smaller and be an alternative treatment for patients who cannot undergo surgery.
89Zr-girentuximab ) Dosimetry in CCRC Study - ZIR-DOSE
Clear Cell Renal CarcinomaThe study is designed to explore the safety and tolerability as well as diagnostic 89Zr-girentuximab for imaging CCRC by PET/CT. This study does not offer any treatment for patients with CCRC; therefore, patients will be offered state of the art therapeutic options after imaging with the study drug 89Zr-girentuximab. Cancer treatment will not be delayed by study participation.
