Researchers are doing this study to find out if the combination of the drugs axitinib and talazoparib is a safe and effective treatment for people with your previously treated advanced kidney cancer. Researchers will look for the highest dose of talazoparib that causes few or mild side effects when given in combination with a standard dose of axitinib.

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding surgery to a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination versus a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab, pembrolizumab, and avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Surgery to remove the kidney, called a nephrectomy, is also considered standard of care; however, doctors who treat kidney cancer do not agree on its benefits. It is not yet known if the addition of surgery to an immunotherapy-based drug combination works better than an immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate MEDI5752 in combination with Lenvatinib (or Axitinib), in subjects with advanced renal cell carcinoma.

This research study will assess whether cabozantinib, nivolumab and ipilimumab in combination are safe and effective in slowing down the growth of kidney cancer(renal cell carcinoma or RCC) that has advanced or spread to other areas the body.

This is an open label investigator initiated Phase Ib study of combination pembrolizumab (Keytruda), 200mg IV 3 weekly (Q3W) with 50mg oral cyclophosphamide daily (OD) in metastatic renal cell carcinoma patients. 21 patients will be recruited within the United Kingdom (UK) will to examine the efficacy of the combination for up to 35 administrations (2 years). This study is designed to see if we can lower the chance of side effects from radiation in patients with breast, kidney, non-small cell lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the brain and who are also being treated with immunotherapy, specifically immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. This study will compare the usual care treatment of single fraction stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS) given on one day versus fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS), which is a lower dose of radiation given over a few days to determine if FSRS is better or worse at reducing side effects than usual care treatment.

To find a recommended dose of donated NK cells that can be given with lymphodepleting chemotherapy to patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma, mesothelioma, or osteosarcoma. The effects of this therapy will also be studied.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare two kind of trocar in patients undergoing complex robot-assisted partial nephrectomy. The main question it intends to answer is whether the use of valveless trocars can significantly reduce carbon dioxide absorption.
