HER2-positive Breast CancerHER2 Gene Mutation42 moreOpen-label, Phase I-II, first-in-human (FIH) study for A166 monotherapy in HER2-expressing or amplified patients who progressed on or did not respond to available standard therapies. Patients must have documented HER2 expression or amplification. The patient must have exhausted available standard therapies. Patients will receive study drug as a single IV infusion. Cycles will continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Neoadjuvant Sitravatinib in Combination With Nivolumab in Patients With Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma...
Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaThe study will evaluate the clinical activity of sitravatinib in combination with nivolumab in patients with locally-advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) in the neoadjuvant setting prior to nephrectomy.
Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Monotherapy in Locally Advanced/Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma...
Renal Cell CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of monotherapy pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in participants with renal cell carcinoma (RCC). There will be two cohorts in this study: Cohort A will consist of participants with clear cell (cc) RCC and Cohort B will consist of participants with non-clear cell (ncc) RCC.
Prospective Translational Study Investigating Possible Molecular prEdictors of Resistance to First-Line...
Metastatic Renal Cell CarcinomaThis is a prospective, single-arm, monocentric translational study designed to evaluate possible biomarkers of resistance to the first line of therapy with pazopanib in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) who have not received systemic therapy in both the adjuvant and metastatic phases.
A Post-marketing Surveillance to Assess the Safety and Effectiveness of Zirabev in Domestic Patients...
Non-small Cell Lung CancerMetastatic Colorectal Cancer6 moreThis is a prospective, single-arm, open-label, non-interventional, multicenter, post-marketing surveillance to assess the safety and effectiveness of Zirabev(Bevacizumab biosimilar) in domestic patients with non-small cell lung cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer, metastatic breast cancer, advanced or metastatic kidney cancer, cervical cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, primary peritoneal cancer or glioblastoma multiforme.
A Study of the PD-L1xCD27 Bispecific Antibody CDX-527 in Patients With Advanced Malignancies
Non-small Cell Lung CancerBreast Cancer12 moreThis is an open-label, non-randomized, multicenter, dose-escalation and expansion study in patients with selected solid tumors.
Intrapleural Instillation of the Nivolumab in Cancer Patients With Pleural Effusion.
Renal Cell Cancer MetastaticNon-small Cell Lung Cancer Metastatic2 morePatients with advanced cancers who have pleural effusion, especially those requiring pleural evacuation, experienced poorer survival when treated with immunotherapy. The pleura also acts as a natural barrier that can limit the penetration of immune checkpoint inhibitors. In this multicenter phase 2 study, the preliminary efficacy and toxicity of intrapleural instillation of the nivolumab in patients with immune-sensitive metastatic cancers will be accessed.
Fecal Microbiota Transplantation in Diarrhea Induced by Tyrosine-kinase Inhibitors
Diarrhea Caused by Drug (Disorder)Renal Cell CancerTyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have improved the survival of patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma, and are commonly used as first-line option for this condition, but their use is encumbered by side effects, mainly diarrhea, for which there are no standardized strategies. Increasing evidence suggests that gut microbiota could influence the development of TKIs-induced diarrhea. In theory, the therapeutic modulation of gut microbiota could be an approach to alleviate TKI-induced diarrhea. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is the infusion of fecal microbiota from a healthy donor in the gut of a recipient with the aim of curing a specific disease. It has been increasingly recognized as a highly effective treatment against recurrent Clostridium difficile infection. To date, the effects of FMT on chemotherapy-related diarrhea are unknown. This study will evaluate, through a randomized controlled design, the efficacy of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), compared with sham FMT, in treating TKI-induced diarrhea in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
Normotonic Partial Nephrectomy as Novel Approach in Treating Small Renal Masses
Renal Malignant TumorRenal TumorThis study evaluates novel surgical approach in treating small renal masses. Half of participants will undergo hypotonic zero-ischaemia partial nephrectomy (standard of care), while the other half will undergo normotonic zero-ischaemia partial nephrectomy (experimental method).
A Phase 1b Trial in Patients With Renal Cell Cancer
Metastatic Renal Cell CancerThe purpose of this study is to determine a safe dose of LY573636-sodium to be given in combination with sunitinib to patients with metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) and to determine any side effects that may be associated with LY573636-sodium and sunitinib combination in this patient population. The tumor response rate will also be assessed.
