The aim of this study is to constitute a biobank for patients followed in the Rheumatology center of Toulouse University Hospital for a chronic inflammatory rheumatism including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), spondyloarthritis(SpA), and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) or a chronic bone disease including osteoporosis in order to identify biomarkers associated with therapeutic response.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the genetics of chronic sinusitis and identify genes involved in chronic sinusitis.

The CoLive Voice research project aims to identify vocal biomarkers of severe conditions and frequent health symptoms. The project is based on digital technologies and statistical algorithms. This is an international anonymous survey where vocal recordings are collected simultaneously with large validated clinical and epidemiological data, in the context of various chronic diseases or frequent health symptoms in the general population.

Survey of the members of the French Handisports Federation (FFH) practicing outdoor sports.

This study will evaluate the impact of a comprehensive wellness and social determinants of health intervention on cardiovascular health in a community setting of the Bonton neighborhood. Participants will not be assigned to intervention activities, but health and wellbeing indicators will be collected in relation to how they choose to participate in activities over the year.

People with neuromotor disability (i.e. following an inborn or acquired spinal cord, cerebral or peripheral neurological lesion) are at risk of worsening their neuro-orthopaedic disorders during aging, including fracture risk. Nevertheless, at the present time, the natural evolution of their neuro-orthopedic disorders and the long-term functional impact of their medical and surgical treatments is unknown. The aim of this study is to describe neuro-orthopedic disorders during aging of patients with neuromotor disability, their functional repercussions, their comorbidities and the therapeutic strategies used.

This randomized pilot research trial studies how well Eat, Move, Live (EML) works in reducing chronic disease risk in medically vulnerable communities. Obesity, unhealthy diet, and physical inactivity are linked to increased cancer risk, especially hormone-related cancer (example, breast cancer). Improving healthy lifestyle practices, namely increasing physical activity and encouraging healthy eating behaviors may reduce the risk of getting cancer and chronic disease.

CHRONICLE is a randomized trial assessing the comparative effectiveness of providing written visit information via the patient portal (NOTES) versus NOTES plus visit audio recording (AUDIO) to older adult patients with chronic diseases on quality of life and other outcomes. During the trial, the team will also invite caregivers identified by patients to join the project.

The purpose of this study to pilot test an accessible and inclusive artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted, individualized, family-focused lifestyle modification intervention (AI4CHRON) for health-related quality of life for adults with impaired mobility and chronic medical conditions.

This study aims to prospectively explore the effect of incentive-integrated E-IBD (electronic inflammatory bowel disease) chronic disease management model on the improvement of IBD quality of life, and provide a more effective chronic disease management model for improving the quality of life and social participation of IBD patients.The investigators firstly identify the IBD patients in need of empowerment disease activities through the questionnaire .Then, the investigators feedback the patients' education content according to their needs found.Based on the social support network of patient organization and the medical support network of tertiary medical institutions, the investigators complete the empowerment process of IBD patients' self-management initiative and self-management ability, through the internet. Finally ,the investigators evaluate the quality of life(QoL), social participation,disease self-management level via questionnaire . The primary outcome is the improvement of QoL score after three months' intervention.
