Hepatitis CChronicThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TMC435 in combination with peginterferon alfa-2a (PegIFNα-2a) and ribavirin in genotype 1 hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected participants who relapsed after previous interferon (IFN)-based therapy in Japan.

A Phase III Study of TMC435 in Treatment-naive, Genotype 1, Hepatitis C-infected Patients
Hepatitis CChronicThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TMC435 compared with placebo in combination with peginterferon alfa-2a (pegIFN alfa-2a) and ribavirin in treatment-naive patients with chronic genotype 1 hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in Japan.

Chronic Hepatitis C InfectionHepatitis C1 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the antiviral activity, safety, and pharmacokinetics of ABT-450 with ritonavir (ABT-450/r) dosed in combination with ABT-333 (also known as dasabuvir) and ribavirin (RBV) in treatment-naïve and non responder participants with genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.

Study of ABT-267 in Treatment Naive Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Genotype 1 Infected Subjects
Chronic Hepatitis CHepatitis C Virus (HCV) InfectionThe purpose of this study was to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, and 4-week rapid virologic response (RVR) of 3 different doses of ABT-267 (also known as ombitasvir) in combination with pegylated interferon/ribavirin (pegIFN/RBV) compared with pegIFN/RBV alone (ABT-267 placebo) in treatment naïve, hepatitis C virus (HCV), genotype 1-infected participants.

Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Related Thrombocytopenia to Evaluate the Effects of E5501
ThrombocytopeniaTo evaluate the efficacy of E5501 by measuring platelet response in subjects with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV)-related thrombocytopenia who require antiviral treatment.

A Study of the Pharmacokinetics And Pharmacodynamics of Intravenously Administered Pegasys (Peginterferon...
Hepatitis CChronicIn this randomized, cross-over, open label study the correlation of Pegasys (peginterferon alfa-2a) pharmacokinetics after intravenous (iv) and subcutaneous (sc) administration with viral load and viral kinetics will be investigated in patients with chronic hepatitis C genotype 1 who were non-responders to previous standard combination therapy with pegylated interferon and ribavirin. Patients will be randomized to receive either weekly or twice weekly Pegasys iv or sc for 2 weeks, crossing over to the other mode of administration after a washout period of 6 weeks.

Hepatitis CChronicThis phase 2b study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of 16 and 24 weeks of a 4-drug regimen with GS-9451 and Tegobuvir and 24 weeks of a 3-drug regimen of GS-9451 without Tegobuvir, all with Peginterferon Alfa-2a (Pegasys®) and Ribavirin (Copegus®).

A Collaborative Trial in Injectors of Individualized Treatment for Genotype 2/3
Hepatitis CChronicThis sudy will determine whether shortening treatment for hepatitis C is feasible, safe and effective for patients who are current injection drug users or receiving opiate substitution therapy and who are responding well to treatment early on.
