Gastric CancerRenal Cell Carcinoma7 moreThe purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200301 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200301 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the dose of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab that was determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer the participants have.

Talazoparib and Axitinib for People With Previously Treated Advanced Kidney Cancer
Kidney CancerRenal Cell Carcinoma2 moreResearchers are doing this study to find out if the combination of the drugs axitinib and talazoparib is a safe and effective treatment for people with your previously treated advanced kidney cancer. Researchers will look for the highest dose of talazoparib that causes few or mild side effects when given in combination with a standard dose of axitinib.

Drug Screening Using Novel IMD in Renal Cell Carcinoma
Renal Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma1 moreThis research is being done to study the safety and feasibility of implanting and retrieving a microdevice that releases microdoses of 19 specific drugs or drug combinations as a possible tool to evaluate the effectiveness of several cancer drugs against metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The name of the intervention(s) involved in this study are: Implantable Microdevice (IMD) Surgery (excision of tumor) Drugs used in this study will only include drugs already used as standard of care for the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC)
Comparing Single vs Multiple Dose Radiation for Cancer Patients With Brain Metastasis and Receiving...
NSCLCRenal Cell Carcinoma5 moreThis study is designed to see if we can lower the chance of side effects from radiation in patients with breast, kidney, non-small cell lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the brain and who are also being treated with immunotherapy, specifically immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. This study will compare the usual care treatment of single fraction stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS) given on one day versus fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS), which is a lower dose of radiation given over a few days to determine if FSRS is better or worse at reducing side effects than usual care treatment.
