Regorafenib With Low-dose Chemotherapies and Aspirin Followed by Standard Chemotherapies in Metastatic...
Metastatic Colorectal CancerThis study evaluates the interest of regorafenib in combination of metronomic chemotherapies and low-dose aspirin as a 2 months induction therapy before chemotherapy initiation in the second-line metastatic colorectal carcinoma
mFOLFOX6 Combined With Dalpiciclib in Patients With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
Advanced/Metastatic Colorectal CancerThis is an prospective, single-center, single-arm, Simon's two-stage design, phase IIa study for advanced/metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) who had failed or were intolerant to standard treatment. This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of mFOLFOX6 combined with dalpiciclib (SHR6390) in the treatment of advanced/metastatic colorectal cancer.
Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (MK-3475-158/KEYNOTE-158)...
Advanced CancerAnal Carcinoma23 moreIn this study, participants with multiple types of advanced (unresectable and/or metastatic) solid tumors who have progressed on standard of care therapy will be treated with pembrolizumab (MK-3475).
Perioperative Systemic Therapy for Isolated Resectable Colorectal Peritoneal Metastases
Colorectal NeoplasmColorectal Cancer9 moreThis is a multicentre, open-label, parallel-group, phase II-III, superiority study that randomises patients with isolated resectable colorectal peritoneal metastases in a 1:1 ratio to receive either perioperative systemic therapy and cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC (experimental arm) or upfront cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC alone (control arm).
Safety and Effectiveness Evaluations of the COLO-BT as an Treatment to the Proctectomy.
Colorectal SurgeryColorectal Cancer1 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the Colorectal Balloon Tube (hereinafter referred to as COLO-BT™) device, a single use, temporary intraluminal bypass device, intended to reduce contact of fecal content with an anastomotic site, following colorectal surgery (open or laparoscopic)
Window of Opportunity Study in Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal CancerThis is a window of opportunity translational study investigating the use of pre-operative pembrolizumab and chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy in non-metastatic colorectal cancer.
A Phase II Randomized Therapeutic Optimization Trial for Subjects With Refractory Metastatic Colorectal...
Metastatic Colorectal CancerThis randomized, phase 2 study will investigate the use of the Signatera ctDNA assay versus the standard scan-based approach to guide treatment in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. The aim of this study will be to measure and compare the overall survival, progression-free survival, and best overall response while on study of patients whose treatment has been guided by these two approaches.
A Study Evaluating Different Doses of BI 765049 When Given Alone and When Given With Ezabenlimab...
Colorectal NeoplasmsCarcinoma6 moreThis study is open to adults with advanced solid tumors whose previous cancer treatment was not successful. People can participate if their tumor has the B7-H6 marker or if they have colorectal cancer. The study tests 2 medicines called BI 765049 and ezabenlimab (BI 754091). Both medicines may help the immune system fight cancer. The purpose of this study is to find out the highest dose of BI 765049 alone and in combination with ezabenlimab the participants can tolerate. In this study, BI 765049 is given to people for the first time. Participants can stay in the study for up to 3 years, if they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. During this time, they get BI 765049 alone or in combination with ezabenlimab as infusion into a vein every 3 weeks. The doctors check the health of the participants and note any health problems that could have been caused by BI 765049 or ezabenlimab. The doctors also regularly monitor the size of the tumor.
Brazilian Total Neoadjuvant Therapy Trial
Colorectal NeoplasmsStandard therapy for localized rectal cancer includes chemotherapy and radiation therapy, followed by a "recovery" period of 7-12 weeks, surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy for 3-6 months. Even though this protocol achieves high cure rates, many patients need a rectal amputation with placement of definitive colostomies. About 10-20% of patients have a complete clinical response to chemo-radiation and no tumor can be found in the surgical specimen. These patients can be followed with close surveillance and avid surgery. The aim of this study is to evaluate if a strategy including the use of a highly active chemotherapy called "FOLFIRINOX" during the 12 weeks between the end of radiation therapy and evaluation for surgery increases the rates of complete response and, therefore, allows more patients to undergo non-surgical management.

Colorectal CancerCholangiocarcinomaThis study is being done to answer the following question: Is the combination of the Medtronic pump and the Codman catheter device a safe alternative to the C3000 Codman pump for delivering chemotherapy directly into the liver of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer or cholangiocarcinoma?
