Integrative Nutrition Care Plan for the Patient With Liver and Colorectal Cancer
MalnutritionCancer of Colon2 moreAt present, the families of cancer patients are lack knowledge and experience of nutritional care after discharge. As a result, cancer patients often suffer from low nutritional status after being discharged from the hospital.
The Impact of Immune Cell Changes During the Perioperative Period on the Prognosis of Patients With...
Colorectal CancerThis is a multi-center, prospective, non-interventional real-world study. In a real-world environment, in line with the current status of the domestic diagnosis and treatment process, and on the premise of not increasing the burden of patients and medical resources, we explore the best indicators for predicting the outcome of patients with Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) after surgery. The inclusion criteria for patients are perioperative patients with CRC. Real-world data analysis were conducted to determine whether immunization interventions versus non-interventions were able to improve patients' clinical outcomes (OS, PFS).
Bioequivalence Study of Trifluridine and Tipiracil Tablets in Colorectal Cancer Patients
Colorectal CancerTrifluridine and Tipiracil Tablets is a nucleoside anti-metabolic and anti-cancer compound developed by Taiho (Dapeng) Co., Ltd., Japan, for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer that inoperable resection, and progressed or relapsed after standard treatment. This study mainly evaluates bioequivalence, safety and tolerance of Trifluridine and Tipiracil Tablets in colorectal cancer patients.
ctDNA in CRC Patients Undergoing Curative-intent Surgery for Liver Metastases
Metastatic Colorectal CancerCirculating Tumor DNAThis is a prospective multicenter cohort study, was designed to explore the prognostic value of ctDNA as a biomarker of disease response and recurrence or death in patients undergoing curative-intent surgical resection of Colorectal cancer liver metastasis.

Early Discharge After Robotic Colorectal Surgery (eRCS): a Prospective Observational Study
Colorectal CancerSurgery-ComplicationsThe enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) scheme has improved recovery of patients by addressing the surgical stress and enabling a proactive perioperative care which has proven to decrease postoperative complications and reduce hospital stay. ERAS had a major beneficial effect in open colorectal surgery, while in laparoscopic surgery the additional benefit was somewhat less. Also, current literature is not clear if ERAS can improve operative outcomes of robotic colorectal surgery. Starting from the already proven ERAS protocol, we aim to build a selective enhanced recovery scheme and a standardized early follow-up pathway enabling early safe discharge of low-risk patients after robotic colorectal surgery. This observational study will also design and assess the feasibility and clinical outcomes of an Early discharge Colorectal Surgery (eRCS) protocol which may be used to discharge patients in postoperative day 1 after robotic colorectal resections through close virtual and outpatient follow-up.
